Connect WorkEasy Software to Workday

This guide walks you through setting up the Workday integration in WorkEasy Software, from initiating the connection to managing connected accounts and credentials.

  1. Go to Global Settings > Integrations and select Workday from the list.

  2. On the App overview tab, review what the integration does, including importing and syncing employee demographics and sending punch data to Workday.

  3. Click Start to proceed to the connection setup screen.


  4. Enter a Name and fill in the Workday RaaS API Credentials provided by your Workday consultant: Tenant, SOAP API Version, User, Password, Employee Custom Report URL, and Time Tracking URL. All fields are required.



  5. Once credentials are validated, a confirmation message appears.

    1. In the Connected Accounts tab, you can view all active Workday connections and perform actions like synchronizing data, editing credentials, or disconnecting the integration.

    2. In the Disconnected Accounts tab, you can reconnect any previously configured Workday accounts.


  1. Once connected, continue to the data sync and mapping setup: Sync Employee and Time Data with Workday.
