Get Started with the Redesigned Mobile App

Use this article to update or download the app, sign in, complete required prompts, and get familiar with the home screen.

Before you begin

  • You need an active WorkEasy employee account.

  • You need your WorkEasy username and password.

  • You must update the app to access the new employee experience.

Download or update the app

  1. Open the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.

  2. Search for WorkEasy or WorkEasy.team.

  3. Tap Update if the app is already installed, or tap Install to download it.

  4. Open the app when the update or installation is complete.

Sign in

  1. Open the WorkEasy mobile app.

  2. Enter your username and password.

  3. Tap Sign In.          

     

    If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password? and follow the prompts to reset it.

    Complete required prompts

    The first time you open the updated app, you may be asked to review consent acknowledgments or allow permissions.

    1. Review each prompt carefully.

    2. Tap the available option to accept, continue, or allow access.

    3. If location access is requested, choose the option required by your employer.

    Note: Location permissions may be required for clocking in or out, depending on your employer's settings.

    Use the Home screen

    After signing in, the home screen displays the main actions available to you.

    • Use the home screen to access daily tasks, such as clocking in, viewing your timesheet, checking your schedule, or requesting time off.

    • Only the options available to your account and employer settings are displayed.                                      

      Troubleshooting

      If you cannot access the new experience, try the following:

      • Confirm that you updated the app to the latest version.

      • Close and reopen the app.

      • Confirm that your username and password are correct.

      • Check your device permissions if location access is required.

      • Contact your manager or administrator if you still cannot sign in.
