Steps
Tap the menu icon (☰) on the device.
Choose an authentication method to verify that you are the device’s administrator.
Super admin System Users must use the physical key to access the menu.
Tap Users from the menu.
Tap the name of the employee you want to enroll.
Tap Palm.
Tap Enroll to begin enrollment.
Ask the employee to hold their palm in front of the camera and keep it still while the device takes a picture.
If the image needs to be retaken, tap Re-Enroll, then tap Yes.
A confirmation displays. The employee can now clock in using palm recognition.
Enrollment Tips
Keep the palm fully visible to the camera.
Keep the hand still while the device takes the picture.
Once the image preview appears, palm recognition enrollment is complete. The employee can now clock in using palm recognition.
