Employee Clock In & Out, Take Breaks, Transfer Jobs, Enter Missed Punches on My Portal (Web)

  1. Click My Portal to expand the options, and select Clock In. Entering Comments is optional.

  2. If you need to enter a missed punch, click Missed a Punch?
     
     

  3. Select a job if applicable. If not, click Skip Selection.
     
     

  4. You can now clock out, start a break, or transfer to another job.
     

Worked Hour Breaks

From My Portal > Clock In/Out, click Start Break within the specified Worked Hours Break window (after hours worked).

  1. If there's an option to do so, choose a Break to start.
    A clock-out punch will be automatically applied to the employee's Timesheet.

  2. If the Worked Hours Break is taken outside of the assigned Break Window, No Break Selected will display, and an Unauthorized Break will begin automatically.

  3. Once the Break time has elapsed, click End Break.  

  • If a Minimum Break Duration is enforced, employees cannot end the break until the specified duration has elapsed.

  • Upon ending the Break, a Clock In punch will be automatically applied to the employee's Timesheet.

  • The Timesheet Details are displayed next to the Web Clock.

  • If a Worked Hours Break is selected outside of the specified Break Window, it will be classified as an Unplanned Break.
