Before connecting WorkEasy Software to Oracle NetSuite, you must create an integration record to generate a Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. These credentials are used to securely authorize the connection between both systems.
In WorkEasy Software, go to Global Settings > Integrations > Oracle NetSuite, then click Connect to begin the authorization process.
In Oracle NetSuite, go to Setup > Integration > Manage Integrations > New.
In Name, enter a name for the integration.
(Optional) In Description, enter a description for the integration.
Under OAuth 2.0, select Authorization Code Grant.
Select Public Client.
In Redirect URI, enter the WorkEasy callback URL: https://app.workeasysoftware.com/settings-netsuite
Under Scope, select REST Web Services.
In Refresh Token Validity (in hours), enter 720.
In Maximum Time for Token Rotation (in hours), enter 720.
In OAuth 2.0 Consent Policy, select Always Ask.
Click Save.
After saving, scroll to the Client Credentials section.
Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
Store both values securely. These credentials are required to connect Oracle NetSuite to WorkEasy Software.
Important!
- The Consumer Key and Consumer Secret are displayed only once. If you lose them, create a new integration record to generate new values.
- Treat the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret like a password. Do not share them through unsecured channels.
