Shift templates are reusable shifts that can be added to schedules from the Scheduler or Shift Planner. A template can store shift times, display color, schedule criteria, estimated break time, and other shift details.
Navigation: Products → Scheduling → Shift Templates
Create a shift template
Open Scheduling, and then select the Shift Templates tab.

Open the More actions menu and select Add.

Complete the template settings available for your configuration.

Configuration: Schedule criteria are managed from Global Settings → Scheduling → Schedule Criteria. The fields shown in a shift template can vary based on configuration.
Select Save.
Result: The template appears in the Shift Templates list and is available for reuse while building schedules.
