My Portal

🚀  Improvements 

  • The "Time before shift (hours)" field is no longer required when adding My Portal Shift Preferences unless the “Schedule reminder” option is enabled.

 

Time & Attendance

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the “Force break deduction” setting when adding an Automatic Break.
  • Break names are no longer displayed in curly brackets in the My Portal Clock In/Out details on the web and mobile apps.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Shift Differentials issue where the Shift Differential did not apply at the specified date/time.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Breaks issue where overnight automatic punches could not be overridden.

 

Scheduling

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the user experience when viewing shifts in the Shift Planner and Scheduler.

  • Additional shifts can now be added to Weekly Patterns.
  • Shifts assigned to Weekly Patterns can now be edited.
  • Removed the “Invalid transaction” message that displayed when attempting to delete Schedule Criteria that were in use.
  • Added the “Status” filter to filter shifts by the following statuses when bulk archiving shifts in the Scheduler or Shift Planner:
    • Published
    • Not Published
  • When adding Compliances rules in the Global Settings, the Rule names are now reflected accurately in the details.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Notifications issue where the “Forgot to clock in after shift started” and “Forgot to clock out after shift ended” notifications were not being sent on weekdays for some accounts. 


 

Time Off

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the “Policy Change” Conflict Resolution warning icon and options to Time Off Policies when an employee is assigned to overlapping Time Off Policies.
  • Improved the UI of the Conflict Resolutions modal displayed for Time Off Policies.
  • Added the “Keep the current balance and join this policy starting on” option to the Back to Policy Conflict Resolution options.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • When adding tenure accruals, updated the “After # years worked” field to support up to 50 years.
  • Fixed a Time Off Policies issue where time off balances were not accruing as configured.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Time Off Policies issue where Hierarchy Groups could not be selected.

 

Human Resources

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the “Assigned To:” field to the Assets List Details.

 

Employee Management

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the display of the Fingerprints Score in the Credentials tab of the Employee List Profile.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an Employee List Profile issue when changing an employee’s Location and setting the Effective date for the future, where an Operation error would occur.

 

Platform 

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Added an error indicator when attempting to upload multiple instances of a Group to a single-selection field.
  • Fixed an Exceptions issue where the Exceptions were not displayed in the “Today” and “Pay Period” views.
  • Fixed an Exceptions issue where the Left Nav feature and widget tiles did not display the number of instances the Exception criteria was met.

 

Reports/Exports

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the display of cross-day time off displayed on the Timesheet Detailed Report.
  • The Timesheet Daily Summary report now displays the information in order based on the workday.
  • Removed the employee filter when running an “Open shifts” report.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Schedules Reports issue where totals only reflected the most recent date.
  • Fixed a Schedules reports issue when viewing an Availability report where the date displayed was incorrect.
  • Fixed a Schedules reports issue where the Availability report displayed the employee name on every row.

 

Time Clocks & Kiosk

  • Improved the text alignment of the "Add Bell Schedule" button in the Time Clock Settings.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Xenio F1000 issue where the device displayed previous and archived Questionnaires.
