- Fixed a My Portal Schedules display issue where Holiday shift blocks were not contained within the row.

🚀 Improvements
- Improved the user experience when reviewing Geo Punches from the Employee Timesheet.
- The following details are now displayed when a Geo Punch is selected:

- Improved the user experience when adding a Shift Differential rule in the Global Settings.
- Added the ability to remove added differentials.

- Improved the UI of the table displayed in the Pay Period Overview for smaller resolutions.
- System Users can no longer archive themselves.
- Another System User must log in to perform the action.

🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue where “Duration (hrs)” entries less than 1 hour could not be added.
- Fixed an Overtime issue where bi-weekly Overtime Rules were calculated incorrectly.

- Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where the Employee Timesheets of terminated employees persisted past the termination date.
Scheduling
🚀 Improvements
- Holidays are now displayed on the Scheduler 365 days in advance of the current day.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Scheduler issue in the mobile app where the “Day” filter displayed an incomplete list of the scheduled employees.
- Fixed a Scheduler issue in the web app where overnight Shift Templates were saved as “Same Day”.
- Fixed an issue when adding a Shift Template where the “Est. Break (min.)” field overlapped the “Is critical” setting for some resolutions.
Time Off
🚀 Improvements
- Added the Comments to the Time Off Request email and web app notifications.
- Changed “Executed by” to “Requested by” in the Time Off Request details.
- Future Holidays are now repopulated on the Scheduler for employees whose Employee Status is changed from “Terminated” or “Inactive” to “Active”.
- Improved the error message when the selected Time Off Policy Effective From day is greater than 12 months in the past:
- "Invalid Effective Date: Choose a date within the last 12 months"

- Fixed a Time Off Request email notification issue where the available balance was displayed in minutes instead of hours.
Human Resources
🚀 Improvements
- Changed the "Value (hours)" field to “Value (days)” when adding “Advanced notice of schedules" and "Advanced notice of open shifts” Compliance rules in the Global Settings.
- Improved the user experience when adding a Compliance rule.
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed a Time Off Request issue where the available balance displayed in the Time Off Request was inaccurate.

- Fixed a Documents Explorer issue when mapping a new e-sign Template where the "Birth Date" field did not automatically generate a field name.

🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed an issue when importing employees where the Effective Date & Time defaulted to Eastern Time.
- The Effective Date & Time of imported employees now reflects the Time and Language “Default time zone”.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Questionnaire issue when the specified Maximum Character Length of short answer questions was over 250 characters where the number was not reflected in the number of characters allowed when responding to the question.
- Fixed a Billing & Subscription issue where users who reinstated their accounts were unable to exit the payment screen.

⭐ New Features
- Added the Exceptions Summary Report Type to the Time and Attendance Reports
- Displays the total number of Exceptions per employee.
🚀 Improvements
- Added the “Timesheet weekly summary” Export Data Provider.
- Added the “Created At” Export Field Column to the "Employee basic data" Export Data Provider.
- The “Created At” column displays the date & time an employee was added/imported to EasyWorkforce.
- Added the “Pin”, “Facility Code”, and “Card Number” Export Field columns to the Employee Basic Data Export Data Provider.
- Added the “PIN” and “Card” columns to the Credentials Report column for the Employee Credentials Report.
- Improved the Planning Period labels in the Advanced Filter(s) for the Baseline Report Types.
- The Actual vs Planned and Actual vs Planned Summary Reports now display the number of Actual Hours for employees without assigned Pay Rates.

- Fixed a Reports issue in the Advanced Filter(s) when switching from the “Use Date Range” option to the “Use Pay Period Option” option where the Pay Period did not automatically populate, and the Pay Period Date Range displayed as required before a Pay Period was selected.

- Improved the validation message when a duplicate Client Code is entered: “Duplicate, please enter another code”.
