My Portal

🚀  Enhancements

  • The Upcoming Time Off tab now displays approved time off requests on the same day in the My Portal Profile and Time Off features.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a My Portal Timesheets issue where the timesheet could not be approved through the Actions Required notification in the mobile app.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a My Portal issue where availabilities could not be set.
  • Fixed a My Portal Time Off issue where Cash Out requests could not be submitted.
  • Fixed a My Portal Schedules issue where the listed Qualified Shifts were incomplete.

 

Time & Attendance

🚀  Enhancements

  • Payable amounts on the Employee Timesheets now support up to 6 decimals places.
  • The Who’s in print feature now supports custom sorting.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where approved unplanned work, out of shift work, and break overrides were not considered in the total paid hours calculation.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where Override Break approvals could not be saved.
  • Fixed a timesheet approval email notification issue where timesheets could not be approved after clicking on the link in the email.
  • Increased the number of Payable Types that can be selected on the Employee Timesheets from 48 to 101.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Shift Differentials issue where “Time Codes Transformations” could not be added to existing rules.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue when editing punches where the Punch Type and time of the punch could not be changed at the same time.
  • Fixed a Breaks issue when using an existing Breaks rule with Auto-select break enabled as a template to add a new rule where the Auto-select break option was not enabled on the front-end.
  • Fixed a Punch Restrictions issue when using an existing Punch Restrictions rule as a template to add a new rule where the enabled settings UI did not carry over to the new rule.

 

Scheduling

🚀  Enhancements

  • Unpublished and unassigned open shifts in the future are now deleted when a Shift Pattern rule ends or is cancelled.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Shift Patterns issue where archived Shift Pattern rules with open shifts continued to create open shifts.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Scheduler issue when filtering by Location in the Weekly by Employee view where an error occurred.
  • Fixed a Calendar Sync issue where the Advanced Filter(s) were not applied when sent to an external calendar app.

 

Time Off

⭐  New Features

  • Added the Coworkers Definition feature to the Time Off Global Settings.
    • Coworkers can now be defined through various criteria.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Added the following Award Hours settings to the Time Off Policy Accrual Rules options:
    • Award hours after the pay period is closed
    • Delay the award of hours
  • Added the Unawarded Hours Time Off Type Balance Type.
    • Serves as a storage for hours that are accrued but not awarded to employees.
      • Unawarded Time Off Types are displayed in the Time Taken & Balances.
      • Awarded time off accruals are shown in the Awarded Details
  • Accrual award dates are displayed in the details when awarded hours are transferred to a “Balance is tracked” Time Off Type.
  • Fixed a time off request email notification issue where emails were sent multiple times per time off request.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Time Off Policies issue where Time Off Policies with Blackout Dates could not be duplicated.
  • Fixed a Time Off Requests issue where, after selecting a previous year in the Time Off History tab, no information was displayed.

 

Human Resources

  • Fixed an Employee List Profile issue when adding a new employee where required Custom Fields were not displayed.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Document Requests issue where e-sign document requests could not be cancelled.

 

Platform

  • New Left Nav and Global Settings experience in the web app.

🚀  Enhancements

  • Added the following buttons to the Billing & Subscriptions screen:
    • Manage Payment Methods
    • Make Payment

  • Enhanced the user experience when adding payment methods.
    • The Add a Card option is automatically available
    • Enhanced the form when adding a payment method
    • US bank accounts can now be added
  • Added a text label and confirmation window when setting a credit card to autopay.
  • Added a text label and confirmation window when deleting a credit card.
  • Enhanced the message displayed when a Global Setting has not been selected:
    • Please select a setting to get started.
  • Removed the Approved Or Time Out Workflow Activity from the Timesheet Approval workflows and added the following conditions when a connection is made between the Request manager approval and Approve timesheet activities:

  • Enhanced the Reset Password email UI.
  • Enhanced the initial Welcome email UI.
  • Enhanced the Welcome Aboard email UI when Employee Portal Users are invited.
  • Fixed an Exceptions issue where the Frozen Punches exception information could not be accessed in the Pay Period view.
  • Fixed a Security Groups issue where users with the Security privileges enabled could not access the System Security feature.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an Exceptions issue where, after viewing the results of one Exception, the same results were displayed for subsequent Exceptions.
  • Fixed a No Break Exception issue when an employee had multiple “No Break” shifts in one day where only 1 instance was reflected in the results.
  • Fixed an Exceptions issue where employees who did not clock in to a scheduled shift and had approved time off on the same day were not shown under the “No Show” Exception.
  • Fixed an issue where the Apple Store and Google Play buttons were missing in the welcome email.

 

Reports/Exports

⭐  New Features

  • Added the Who’s In export Data Provider

🚀  Enhancements

  • Managers can now filter by archived pay periods when running reports with the Use Date Range Date Range Selector.
  • When running the Timesheet Summary report with the Use Date Range option, time entries outside of the selected start and end times are no longer displayed.
  • When running the Timesheet Daily Summary report with the Use Date Range option, time entries outside of the selected start and end times are no longer displayed.
  • Scheduled reports can now be accessed through the notification email link for up to one week (168 hours).
  • Scheduled reports are no longer sent once a report is archived.
  • When running exports, the Use Pay Period and Use Date Range end date times have been reduced by 1 second.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Added the Show Timesheet Status Details setting to the Timesheet report type.
    • Shows the Timesheet Status (Pending/Approved) and the list of users who approved the timesheets with the date and time of the approval.
  • Fixed an issue where the following export Data Providers could not be run:
    • Timesheet Shift Detailed
    • List of Punches
  • Fixed an Exports issue where exports could not be downloaded through Google Chrome.

  • Fixed a Weekly Timesheet Summary report issue where the report could not be split by calendar week.

  • Fixed a scheduled Weekly Timesheet Summary issue where the hours were not displayed.
  • Fixed a Time and Attendance reports issue where employees with exclusively duration-based entries were not shown on reports with the date range view option.

  • Fixed a Fingerprint Quality Scores report issue where using the Group by filter resulted in an error.
  • Fixed an Employee Notes report issue where using the Group by filter resulted in an error.
  • Fixed an Assets report issue where the report could not be ordered by name.
  • Fixed an Exceptions issue when printing the Missing Punches Exception results with a custom date range where incomplete results were displayed.
  • Fixed a Time Offs export issue when the start and end dates were set to the same day where no results were provided.
  • Fixed an Exceptions Details export issue where the clock in and out times were inaccurate.
  • Fixed an Exceptions Details export issue when using the Use Date Range date range selector where no information was displayed.

    • Sync time off balances from WorkEasy Software to ADP Workforce Now

  • Enhanced the validation message displayed on the Hours Mapping screen when there are no earn codes mapped for the ADP Run integration.

  • Fixed a UI alignment issue in the BambooHR Rate Mapping settings.
  • Fixed a UI alignment issue in the BambooHR Pay Data Sync settings.
  • Fixed a UI alignment issue in the Webhooks Mapping Pay Data Sync settings.
  • Fixed a BambooHR integration setup wizard issue where enabling the Pay Data Sync option resulted in an error.
  • Fixed an ADP RUN and Workforce Now issue where the WorkEasy Software Employees search bar did not return results.

 

Time Clocks & Kiosk

🚀  Enhancements

  • Increased the size of the Employee Enrollment Attestation checkbox on time clock devices.
  • The Continue button now changes colors once the Employee Enrollment Attestation checkbox is checked.
  • Time Clock devices now support the French language.

 

Job Costing

⭐  New Features

  • The Hours Distribution feature has been added.
    • Added the Enable Hours Distribution and Manual Hours Distribution options to the Reporting Hours Job Costing settings.
    • Worked hours can now be distributed to multiple Jobs.
    • The Timesheet report now displays the –Hours Distributed – status if applicable.

🚀  Enhancements

  • Added the Employee Count column to the Job Costing Daily Summary report.
    • Shows the count of employees that worked on each job.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Job List report issue where the report could not be printed if the Rate column was enabled.

 

Dasboard (Widgets)

🚀  Enhancements

  • Enhanced the user experience of the Who is Out Widget.
    • Shows current and upcoming time off.
    • Added supporting filters, sorting functionality, and links to the Time Off Requests feature.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Dashboard issue on the mobile app where an “Invalid transaction” error was displayed when attempting to approve an overlapping time off request.
