      How to Use the Key to access the Time Clock Device Menu

      As a manager in the web app, you can use the Key to access the time clock Manager Menu.

      The Manage Time Clocks privilege must be enabled in your assigned Security Group to view the Key PIN # in the web app. 

       

      1.  Go to the Workeasy Software product area.


       

      2. Select Time Clocks from the Left Nav options.


       

      3. Click the Time Clock listing to select it.


       

      4. Click    under Pin history and take note of the assigned Pin.


      5. Go to the Time Clock and tap    to open the menu.

      7. Enter the PIN to access the Manager Menu.
