How to Perform Data Mapping between WorkEasy Software & ADP Workforce Now

Overview

These instructions show you how to map employees in order to sync WorkEasy Software with their data in ADP WFN. This mapping allows WorkEasy to submit hours to ADP WFN.

Prerequisite

WorkEasy Software needs to be connected to ADP WFN: How to Connect WorkEasy Software to ADP Workforce Now 

1. Click Global Settings > Integrations > ADP Workforce Now.
   
2. What is called a Pay Frequency in ADP WFN is called a Pay Schedule in WorkEasy Software; that is, a Pay Frequency on the left is mapped to a Pay Schedule on the right. To do so, select the corresponding WorkEasy Software Pay Schedule from the dropdowns on the right.
   
   Items may be worded slightly differently in each software, as seen here. For instance, Biweekly in ADP WFN corresponds to Bi-Weekly in WorkEasy Software. 
   
3. Proceed with the mapping for Pay Schedules & Groups, Employee Data Mapping (to map relevant fields), Hours Mapping, and Time Off Sync.
   
4. If you need to create new Pay Schedule and Time Off Sync categories in WorkEasy:
   

   Category	Go to
   Pay Schedule	Global Settings > Human Resources > Pay Schedule
   Time Off Sync	Global Settings > Time Off > Time Off Types

5. After completing the mapping, if you need to change your configuration later, click Edit in the Configuration tab, click + to expand the sections, change the necessary selections, and click Save.
