How to Connect WorkEasy Software to ADP Workforce Now

Learn how to integrate WorkEasy and ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN) for employee hours to be sent to ADP WFN.

Prerequisites

• Have an ADP account. 
• Stay logged in to ADP.
• Stay logged in to app.workeasysoftware.com.

1. Click Global Settings > Integrations > ADP Workforce Now.
   
2. Click Start.
   
3. Copy the WorkEasy account identifier to the clipboard.
4. Click Purchase ADP Connector. 
   Note: You will be redirected to ADP Marketplace. After you make the purchase, you must return to WorkEasy Software.
   
5. Click Buy Now.
   
6. Sign in to ADP.
   
7. Click the + sign next to WorkEasy Software requires additional information. Optional: Click Change if to see if you would like to change the edition of your connector.
   
8. Paste the WorkEasy account identifier from Step 4 in the Token field and click Save details.
   
9. Click Next.
   
10. Enter the applicable Billing Details to complete the purchase and click Next.
    
11. A purchase confirmation appears.
    
12. Return to WorkEasy Software to authorize WorkEasy to use ADP data. To do so, click Go to ADP consent page.
    
13. Click Allow.
    
14. A success notification appears. Click Continue.
