How to Add Geofences to the Platform

Geofences ensure that employees' clocking in and out are limited to their workplace(s).

The Geolocation Reporting Hours must be enabled and assigned to use this feature.

  1. Click Global Settings > Geofence > Add.
  2. Enter a location Name, enter an address, city, zip code, or coordinates for the location. Use the drawing tools to select the geofence area. Click Save.
  3. To remove a location from the list of active ones, click Archive.
