How to Add Custom Expressions to a Dynamic Group
How to add employees with specific attributes to a Group with the Custom Expressions feature.
First, a Dynamic Group must be added and selected from the Easy HR Left Nav.
Custom Expressions are specific attributes or values that can be added to a Dynamic Group. Once Custom Expressions are added to a Dynamic Group, the software will check for employees with the specific attribute(s) periodically and update the Group accordingly.
In this example, a Custom Expression will be added to the Hourly Employees Group that checks for employees who are classified as Hourly and adds them to the Hourly Employees Group.
1. Click Groups in the Easy HR Left Nav to expand the options and select a Dynamic Group.
2. Click and select Add
3. Configure the following settings as necessary:
