Setting Weekly Shift Patterns

By setting up a weekly pattern, employees are scheduled consistently according to the pattern you've defined.

To begin using Weekly Patterns, you'll first need to add the baseline shifts to the scheduler: Adding and Assigning Shifts.

The Weekly Patterns feature is only available in the Weekly By Employee and By Criteria views within the scheduler.

Set up the weekly pattern accordingly. The Recurrency Pattern settings are:

Item	Description
Element(s) checkbox	This refers to the number of selected unpublished shifts you wish to copy over the specified duration. You can select or unselect elements.
Recurrency Name	Give the recurring shift pattern a name.
Recurrency Options	Choose the frequency for the recurrence (e.g., every week, every two weeks, every three weeks, or every four weeks).
Start/End	Define the start and end dates of the selected 7-day date range in the scheduler.
Start/Finish Recurrency At	Set the start and end dates for the automatic weekly pattern.
