We’ve rolled out fresh updates to make time tracking, time off, and integrations more flexible and reliable. Whether you're managing complex policies or streamlining data transfers, these enhancements are here to support your workflow. 🚀

Time and Attendance

Add geofences right from the rule editor

You can now create geofences directly within the Reporting Hours rule editor, eliminating the need to switch screens. Just use the new Create Geofence button to open the map and set your location. It’s instantly added to your settings for easy access.

Time Off

Support high-balance adjustments

Managing large time-off balances just got easier. Admins can now enter time-off adjustments of up to 9999 hours, including decimals, for employees with significant accruals, eliminating limitations on high-volume entries.

Automatic reset for “Balance Not Tracked” time off

To simplify time-off tracking, Balance Not Tracked time-off types now reset automatically at the end of each policy cycle. The system also logs a carryover adjustment for transparency, and updated labels make your Balances page easier to understand at a glance.

HR Data Management

More flexibility with Profile Designer

You can now save employee profile layouts without including the Settings tab. This gives you more control over what’s visible in each profile, whether you're starting fresh or updating an existing setup.

Integrations

New Workday integration

We’ve added support for sending employee demographics and time data from WorkEasy Software to Workday. It’s a seamless way to sync your data across platforms and reduce manual work.

ADP integration now checks for approvals

Avoid sending unapproved timecards to ADP with a new setting that stops submissions unless all timecards are approved. You’ll see a friendly reminder if anything still needs review, helping you maintain clean, accurate payroll data.

QuickBooks Online filtering and sorting options

On the QuickBooks Online export screen, employee names are now sorted alphabetically by default, and you can quickly sort by name or ID in ascending or descending order.
