Break alerts just got smarter and more flexible

We’ve supercharged the break alert system with smarter timing, cleaner labels, and precision targeting, making it easier than ever to stay compliant and keep your team on track.

The configuration section is now clearly labeled Alert Rules for better visibility.

• Alert labels have been refined to ensure consistent language across the system.

• Choose from new timing options: send alerts before a break is due or after it’s missed.

• Employees now receive alerts only if they missed a required break action—no more unnecessary notifications.

• All existing alert setups remain intact, so you can take advantage of the new features without disruption.

• New settings are available under Global Settings > Time Tracking > Alerts.

These updates help your team stay informed and take timely breaks while reducing alert fatigue.
