WorkEasy Software is an all-in-one tool that streamlines tasks like time tracking, scheduling, and managing time off. Employees can easily access features such as viewing schedules, timesheets, and time-off balances; clocking in/out; swapping, donating, or dropping shifts; and requesting time off, if applicable.
Getting Started
Keep an eye on your inbox for the Welcome Aboard! email. If you haven’t received it, please reach out to your manager to have the invitation resent or extended.
Web App Setup
In the welcome email, click the Activate Account button.
You’ll be redirected to WorkEasy Software to create a new password.
Follow the password guidelines and enter the same characters for both the Password and Confirm Password fields.
Click Change to complete the process. You should see a confirmation message.
Once registered, enter your email and password, then click Sign In.
Mobile App Setup
Download the WorkEasy Software Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app, enter your username and password, and tap Sign In.
Use the same login credentials for both the web and mobile app.
