Keeping accurate employee records is crucial for calculating PTO and benefits. One key detail is the hire date, which plays a big role in various HR activities. This guide will show you how to update an employee's hire date, whether you're correcting a mistake or just making a small update.

  1. Click Employees > Employee List and select an employee.

     

  2. Click Employment. > Hire Date. Select a date and click the checkmark to save changes.
