Schedule Plans are calendars used to schedule employees. You can create multiple calendars and assign employees to different ones based on scheduling needs.
Each calendar can include different Schedule Criteria (rules) that determine how employees should be scheduled.
To create a Schedule Plan, your WorkEasy Software must have the Scheduling module enabled.
Navigate to Global Settings > Scheduling > Schedule Plans.
Click Add.
Enter the needed information for Name, Description, Effective start, Effective end, and Time zone.
Effective start is the starting date for adding schedules. It can be backdated, but once it's added, it cannot be changed.Effective end should only be changed if this calendar has an end date. Schedules cannot be added after the effective end date.
Select the Schedule criteria.
Make the applicable Workflows selections.
Make the applicable Scope selections.
By default, all Custom Fields and all Groups are assigned to the calendar. Here you can restrict the calendar to only employees with certain Custom Fields or Groups assigned.Custom Fields explained here: Adding Custom Fields

Make the applicable Advanced Settings selections.
Allow publish with jumps:
If selected, it can publish schedules in future weeks before the current week's schedules are published.
If not selected, it cannot publish schedules in future weeks before the current week's schedules are published.
Enable job selection:
Enables the Job Selector when adding shifts.
Recommendation engines:
The selected one will be used by the Schedule Plan.
Days in advanced patterns are created:
Total days ahead you can view in the Scheduler. For instance, when entering 15, shifts 15 days in the future can be viewed.
Est. Break (min.):
Default break displayed when adding shifts. The break time entered is only used for “Planned” hours totals accuracy in the Scheduler.
Entering a break time will not deduct the break automatically from the hours worked on the timecards.
Click Save.
The new Schedule Plan will be displayed under Schedule Plans and Scheduling (Left Nav).
