This document outlines steps to ensure accurate pay periods aligned with payroll needs. Following these guidelines is crucial for consistency and accuracy in payroll processing, helping manage the payroll cycle effectively. Log in to BambooHR and click the gear icon.
Click Employee Fields.
Click Pay Schedule > New Pay Schedule.
Configure the pay schedule as needed and click Add.
To verify if the new pay schedule has been successfully created, log in to WorkEasy Software or refresh the page if you're already logged in.
Click Global Settings > Integrations > BambooHR.
Click Connected Accounts > Edit.
Verify that the new pay schedule is showing and map it accordingly. For more details, go to Map Data and Sync Employees between WorkEasy and BambooHR.

Changes to a pay schedule can affect payrolls, leading to discrepancies, missed payments, or tax errors. Editing is risky for data integrity and payroll accuracy. If changes are needed, creating a new pay schedule is advisable to ensure smooth processing and accurate records. Altering an established schedule may complicate audits and violate agreements.
