Use Global Settings → General Settings to set company information, naming rules, security policies, and localization for your WorkEasy.team account. Refresh active sessions to see updates immediately.
Open General Settings
Go to Global Settings in the left menu.
Expand General Settings.
Company Information
Add the organization’s name, logo, and address shown across the application and on exports.
Select Company Information.
Enter Company Name.
Upload a Company Logo (max 5MB).
Enter the full Company Address (Street, City, State, Country, Zip Code).
Set the effective window with From and To (or keep Infinite).
Select Save.
Name Format
Choose how employee names display throughout the product.
Select Name Format.
Open Name Format and choose the desired order (e.g., First name – Last name, Last name – First name, etc.).
Set the effective window with From and To (or keep Infinite).
Select Save.
Password Policies
Enforce password complexity and rotation requirements for users.
Select Password Policies.
Enter a policy Name and Effective Date.
Configure:
Password History Depth and Reset In Days
Min Length / Max Length
Min Numbers Required, Min Capitals Required, Min Symbols Required
Eligible Symbols
(Optional) Custom Regular Expression and user-facing Error Message
Example regex and error message:
^(?=.*[A-Z])(?=.*[a-z])(?=.*\d)(?=.*[@$!%*?&])[A-Za-z\d@$!%*?&]{8,25}$
Password must be 8–25 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
Select Save.
Time & Language
Set the system language, default time zone, currency symbol, and the day the work week starts.
Select Time & Language.
Set Language, Time Format, and Start Week On.
Choose whether the account Supports multiple time zones.
Select the Default time zone.
Set the effective window with From and To (or keep Infinite).
Select Save.
Two-Factor Authentication
Add an extra layer of security for all users.
Select Two-Factor Authentication.
Review the guidance and select Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
Follow the on-screen steps to complete setup.
