Overview of the Timesheet Detailed Report and how to run the report
Timesheet Detailed Overview
This report displays detailed Timesheet information including the clock in/out punches and the total hours per day.
- WH = Worked Hours
- OT1 = Overtime
- BT = Break Taken (employee clockin/out for break)
- AB = Automatic Break (the software automatically deducted the break)
- EB = Extended Break (the employee took a long break)
- BP = Break Paid
- PTO = Paid Time Off
- UPTO = Unpaid Time Off
How to Run a Timesheet Detailed Report
1. Click Reports in the Left Nav to expand the options and select Time & Attendance
2. Select Timesheet Detailed from the Time & Attendance list
3. Apply filters
4. Click to run a report
