System Privileges: What's Changed

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve platform usability, we've streamlined and restructured our system privileges. This includes renaming, re-categorizing, consolidating, and, in a few cases, deprecating privileges. These changes aim to make privilege management more intuitive and aligned with how teams use the platform.

Privileges are selected by going to User Access > Security Groups > Add >Privileges.

This guide outlines recent updates to system privileges, including renamed and reorganized items to enhance clarity and alignment with platform functionality. The information is divided into two sections:

  • Before and After: Shows privilege name changes and where privileges were moved within the system.
