How do I add/remove columns?
For Out of the Box Reports:
1. Select a Report
2. Click and select Copy
3. Click the drop down on Report Columns to choose the desired column(s)
4. To remove a column, click the "X" to the left of the report column
For Custom Reports:
1. Click and select Add
2. Click the drop down on Report Columns to choose the desired column
To reorder the columns, the columns need to be removed and re-added
How do I view reports in decimals?
For Out of the Box Reports:
1. Select Report
2. Click and select Copy
3. Enable ‘View In Decimal’ under the Report Columns
For Custom Reports:
1. Click to Edit
2. Enable ‘View In Decimal’ under the Report Columns
How can I view the report with one employee per page
1.Select Report
2. Click to Edit
3. Navigate to ‘Formatting’ and click the drop down on ‘Signature/Disclaimer’
4. Select Employee Per Page
5. To view the enabled Employee Per Page setting, use the Print preview
How do I download a report as a PDF
1. Select a Report and click to run the report
2. Click to convert the report to PDF
3. Click to download the PDF
