  • Improved the update speed when a Timezone is changed for the time displayed in MyPortal Clock In/Out

Time & Attendance

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an Overtime issue where deselecting a day in a Time of Day Overtime rule would result in an error.
  • Fixed a Reporting Hours issue where the Job List would display when clocking in/out when "Show Job List on Devices" was not enabled.
  • Fixed a Timesheet issue where Timesheets were not generated for some accounts when new employees were added.
  • Fixed a Timesheet issue where managers could not edit Timesheets if Kiosk Clock In/Out was the only Employee Reporting Method option enabled in the Reporting Hours.
  • Fixed a Breaks issue where the "Enforce a Minimum Break Duration" was not functioning for Worked Hours breaks.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the user interface of the time selectors when adding Shift Differentials.
  • Added "Hide breaks that do not apply" option to the Breaks rule configuration that hides Breaks that do not apply to employees when clocking in/out.
  • Users can now add multiple Breaks with the same name.
  • Added "Payables" section to the Preferences options in the Pay Period Overview that shows amounts for Payables.
  • Improved the Pay Period selection control in the Exceptions feature.
  • Future Timesheets are no longer displayed for employees who are inactive/terminated.

Scheduling

  • Newly added employees can now see open shifts that were published before the employees were added.

Time Off

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed issue where "Request Type: Cash Out (Hours)" was displayed for time off requests when the option was not enabled in the Policy Plan.

  • Added the "include time-off categories" option to the "Accrue based on the following" section in the Policy Plan.

Human Resources

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where shared documents were not able to be viewed from the Documents Tab in the employee profile.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the "View Reports" Privilege to view reports without the ability to edit.
  • Added the ability to assign Dynamic Groups to Security Groups.

    Platform 

    🔧  Fixes

    • Fixed a log-in issue where the wrong company name would be shown when selecting a different company in the Company Selector.

    🚀  Improvements 

    • The web app now displays the max length set in the Password Policy when resetting or creating a password.
    • Added the ability to set the Full Day/Half Day company hours in fractions of an hour (e.g. 3:30).

    Employee Management

    🔧  Fixes

    • Fixed an issue where selecting "Reporting Hours" in the Settings tab of the employee profile would result in an error.

      Reports/Exports

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed an Employee Credentials report issue where employees would be duplicated if multiple "GroupBy" options were selected.
      • Fixed issue where running an Exceptions report for Short Breaks would result in an operation error.
      • Typing the file extension name in the "File Name" of an export now saves as the entered file type.

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Added the Employee Groups filter to filter the export by employees and Groups.
      • Users can now add multiple export columns with the same title.

      Time Clocks & Kiosk

      • Fixed a Kiosk issue where the Kiosk did not display correctly on Ipads in landscape mode.
      • Fixed a Time Clock Settings issue where the Home Screen Date Style could not be changed.
