Time & Attendance

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Shift Differential rules could not be saved.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue where the time zone assigned to an employee’s Location was the only time zone that would apply to manual punches.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue where time off could not be cashed out using the “Add Time Off” function.
  • Fixed an issue where the Exceptions feature did not filter results when using a custom date range and using the “Search for ID or Name” function.
  • Fixed an issue where the Overtime Active Rule Counter did not update when an old rule was canceled.
  • Fixed an issue where attempting to delete a Time and Attendance Alert resulted in an error.

🚀  Improvements 

  • The “Entered by Manager” icon, when hovered, now displays the manager who entered the punch.
  • Deleted punches on the Employee Timesheet now show as "Missing" instead of remaining with a strike-through.
  • Who’s In Updates:
    • The name of Time Off Type is now displayed in the “Scheduled Time” column.
    • "Approved Time Off / No Show" now displays when an employee has approved time off and a scheduled shift .
    • "Approved Time Off / Working" now displays when an employee has approved time off and a clock IN punch.
    • "Approved Time Off" now displays when an employee has approved time off and no scheduled shift.
  • Added the Export section to the Time Codes options.
    • Time codes can now be enabled/disabled for exports.
    • An Export Code can now be linked to the Time Code.

Scheduling

⭐ New Features

  • Added the employee profile picture to the employee view of the Scheduler when adding shifts.
  • Added the Shift Length Preview to the employee view of the Scheduler when adding shifts.
  • Added the "Day Selector" where shifts can be assigned additionally to the selected days in the employee view and criteria view of the Scheduler.
    • (Weekly + Bi-weekly views)
  • Shifts can now be set as a recurrence for up to 4 weeks in the employee view and criteria view of the Scheduler when adding shifts.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Schedule Plans issue where the Est. Break (mins.) could not be edited.
  • Fixed a Scheduler issue where trying to view the details of a "Ghost Shift“ would result in an error message.
  • Fixed a Scheduler issue: When using the Copy or Archive functions, the “Is critical” status was displayed incorrectly.

Time Off

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Holidays issue: When adding a Holiday, selecting a previously added Holiday rule resulted in an operation error.
  • Fixed a Holidays issue where Holiday names could not be changed.
  • Fixed a Policy Plan issue where the “FT/PT Status” Assign Plan Scope fields were duplicated.
  • Fixed a Policy Plan issue where the “Employee Type” Assign Plan Scope fields did not contain the Regular and Intern Employee Types.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the “Effective On” option to select an effective date when making an adjustment within Time Taken & Balances.
  • Added the “Reset” option to the Time Taken & Balances “Adjust Balance” options.
  • Added the “Pay Type” field to the Employee Fields section when assigning Policy Plan Scopes.
  • Added the ID and Advanced Filter(s) icon to the Time Taken & Balances “Employees” header.
  • Added the Advanced Filter(s) functionality to the Time Taken & Balances employee list.

Human Resources

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Document Explorer issue: When uploading a Template file, nothing above 1MB could be uploaded.
  • Fixed a Document Requests issue: Once an e-sign request was successfully submitted, the corresponding Document Requests status did not update.
  • Fixed a Document Explorer where selecting “Electronic form requiring an employee to enter data and/or e-sign” resulted in an error.
  • Fixed an issue where employees could not upload a document for a “Document request” with spaces in the file name.
  • Fixed a Document Requests issue: Once an e-sign request was successfully submitted, the corresponding Document Requests status did not update.
  • Fixed an issue where employees could not upload a document for a “Document request” with spaces in the file name.
  • Fixed a Document Explorer issue: After opening an uploaded file in the Templates folder that was not a PDF or TXT file, the software would continuously load when selecting the same file in Document Requests.
  • Fixed a Document Explorer issue: After opening an empty Template folder and clicking the “Level Up“ button, you could not open files within the Template Folder.
  • Fixed a Security Groups issue where the Time Off "Holiday" Privilege unlocked the "Manage Configuration" Global Settings options.

🚀  Improvements 

  • The “Template Type” field is now listed below the “Description” field in the Template Form.
  • Improved the label for the “Signing Parties” involved when adding a new document request template.
  • Folders added through the Document Explorer are now automatically marked once the OK button is pressed.
  • Documents in the Document Explorer are now displayed in a pop-up window when selected.
  • The “file-to-large” validation message was changed to “File must be less than 10 MB”.
  • Documents and Templates can be now be uploaded to the top level of the Company Documents and Templates folders.
  • Added the “Share with employee” status to the File Info details in the Document Explorer. 
  • Added the following details to the Groups Details of Dynamic Groups:
    • Update Daily At
    • Keep Updated Ahead
    • Recurrency
    • Custom Expression
    • Priority

Employee Management

  • Upon Inactivation or Termination, an employee’s corresponding System User email is also inactivated.

Platform

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Notifications issue where the “Delete All” function could not be confirmed.
  • Fixed a Groups issue: When attempting to add a “Custom Expression” to a Dynamic Group, the page would freeze.
  • Fixed a Questionnaires issue where the text of long questions was not contained with the page.
  • Fixed a Questionnaires issue where answers to Multiple Choice and Checkbox Subquestions could not be selected.
  • Fixed a Questionnaires issue where actions could not be removed from a Question.
  • Fixed a Questionnaires issue where Questions with Actions could not be removed from a Questionnaire.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved spelling and grammar across the platform.
  • Increased the displayed width of Question and Subquestion selections when adding a Questionnaire.

Reports/Exports

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Timesheet Detailed Report did not display punches submitted after the end of the pay period.
  • Fixed a Questionnaire Summary Report issue where inconsistent icons and names were displayed.
  • Fixed a Time Off Balance export issue where the displayed balance was the balance of the previous day.
  • Fixed a display issue where all Export columns would be selected when attempting to select a single column.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Updated the “Shift” report type:
    • The “Amount” column now shows the pay totals of both hourly and salaried employees.
    • Added the “Type” column that displays whether the shift was “Salary”, “Time Log”, “Hours”, or “Automatic”.
    • The In and Out columns now display a dash instead of "Missing“ for salaried employees and employees with assigned automatic hours or durations.

  • Fixed a Time Clocks issue where the wrong date and time icons were displayed in the Questionnaire.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Questionnaires now time out after 2 minutes of inactivity.

Mobile App

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Notifications issue where active iPhone users could not see new shift notifications until they closed and reopened the application.
  • Fixed a Document Request issue in the mobile app: When responding to an “Action Required” Document Request notification, there was no option to download and view the Document.
  • Fixed a Scheduler issue in the mobile app: When adding a shift in the Criteria View, The “Employee” field was not marked as Required.

Job Costing

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Scheduler issue where absences would visually overlap the Project & Job info of assigned shifts in the following views:
    • Employee View
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Bi-weekly
  • Fixed a mobile app issue where the Job Costing search function did not work when searching for jobs.
  • Fixed an issue where Job Rates could not be configured.

  • The following web app, email, and mobile app Notifications now show the Job Costing details:

Dashboard (Widgets)

  • Fixed a “Total Scheduled Hours” Widget issue on the mobile app where excessive decimal places were displayed.

  • Changed the Who’s In Advanced Filter(s) “Status” header to “Day Status”.
  • Added the following “Day Status” filters to the Who’s In Advanced Filter(s):
