Timesheet Details Report Now Displays Payables Correctly
The Timesheet Detailed Report now correctly displays payables, such as bonuses, regardless of whether the Amount, Day Amount, and Rate columns are selected. Salary information is only shown when these columns are included, and the report displays two salary lines for weekly pay periods.
Import Enhancements for Jobs, Projects, and Clients
A new Status column has been added to import files for Jobs, Projects, and Clients, allowing admins to define whether an entry is Active or Inactive during import.
Job Import actions have been updated for clarity and an improved user experience: Create New and Modify Existing.
Punch Movement Errors (Managers) & Timesheet Viewing Errors (Employees)
Managers encountered errors when moving punches from the previous to the current pay period if some punches were missing, while employees faced issues viewing their timesheets on the web or clocking in via the mobile app.
These issues have been resolved. Timesheets now correctly display punches for the current pay period in view mode, even if punches are missing. Managers can move punches without errors, employees can view timesheets on the web without system issues, and clock-in functionality on mobile has been stabilized.
New Report – Manager Punch Overrides by Employee
The new Manager Punch Overrides by Employee report provides insights into approved or overridden punches, including employee details, punch data (date, shift, type, time, and time clock name), the approving manager, and a summary of total overrides per employee.
Updates to Reports for Manager Punch Overrides
The audit trail and reports now stay in sync when a manager edits or deletes a Manager Punch Override punch. Updated logic ensures accurate punch origin tracking—if a punch comes from a time clock with an override flag, the correct origin is returned; otherwise, the system defines it accordingly.
Compensatory Time Override
Users can successfully override compensatory time adjustments multiple times on the same day.
Hotel Effectiveness Out-Of-The-Box Export
A new out-of-the-box export is now available for clients using Hotel Effectiveness. It simplifies payroll processing by quickly importing time clock punch data or sending it to an SFTP.
Hotel Effectiveness New Export “Data Provider” – Job Tracking Time Activity Daily Summary
The new export Data Provider, Job Tracking Time Activity Daily Summary (Per Pay Period), tracks daily hours worked across jobs and time clock locations for Hotel Effectiveness. It includes total hours and earning codes by location, employee, date, earning code, and job costing, covering all employees—active and inactive—as well as bonuses, tips, vacation, and other earnings codes.

Paylocity Integration – Real-time Webhook Event Listening
The Paylocity integration now supports webhook events, allowing WorkEasy Software to receive real-time updates. A Webhook post URL enables seamless communication, and users can download the Web Services Request Form with the WorkEasy port-to-URL for easy setup.
New Folks HR Integration – Seamless Employee Data Sync
Admins can now connect their Folks HR account to WorkEasy Software for a one-way sync to import new employees and update demographics. Existing employees can be linked to their Folks HR profiles, with data updating automatically every 12 hours at 12 A.M. and 12 P.M. A new security privilege for the Folks HR integration is available under platform security settings.
