Time & Attendance Updates

📍 Enhanced Geofence Controls for Projects

  • What’s New:
    • Geofences can now be linked to multiple projects or jobs, ensuring employees only see relevant project or job options during clock-in.
    • Streamline the clock-in process by the system automatically selecting the projects or jobs when employees are within a Geofence. 
    • New customization settings allow admins to adjust geofence behavior per location for better project assignment accuracy.
  • Benefits:
    ✅ Reduces clock-in errors by enabling the software to select the project or job automatically or by filtering project options based on location.
    ✅ Provides flexibility for admins to manage geofence-project and job relationships efficiently.
    ✅ Improves employee experience by displaying only applicable projects or jobs during clock-in.

Time Off Updates

📊 Improved Sorting in My Portal > Time Off

  • What’s New:
    • Employees can now sort columns within all tabs of the My Time Off section, including Requests, Upcoming Time Off, and Time Off History.
    • Added multi-column sorting for more refined search results.
  • Benefits:
    ✅ Enables quicker access to specific time-off requests.
    ✅ Enhances usability by allowing employees to customize their view.
    ✅ Reduces administrative effort in managing time-off records.

Integration Updates

🔄 UKG Reporting Services – Smarter Employee Sync Handling

  • What’s New:
    • The sync process now automatically detects and resolves duplicate Employee IDs without generating errors.
    • Improved duplicate management prevents data inconsistencies.
  • Benefits:
    ✅ Ensures seamless employee data synchronization.
    ✅ Prevents sync failures due to duplicate records.
    ✅ Reduces manual intervention required for employee syncs.

👥 ADP Workforce Now – Expanded Employee Visibility

  • What’s New:
    • The Sync Employees tab now loads and displays the full employee list from ADP Workforce Now accounts.
    • Previously, only the first 500 employees were visible.
  • Benefits:
    ✅ Allows admins to access and sync all employees without restrictions.
    ✅ Improves workforce management by ensuring all employees are accounted for.
    ✅ Eliminates the need for manual adjustments due to limited visibility.

📂 ADP Workforce Now – New Custom Field for Work Assignments

  • What’s New:
    • A new employee attribute from ADP, ADPWorkAssignmentItemID, has been introduced as a custom field for accounts using the ADP Workforce Now integration.
    • This field stores data retrieved from the ADP GET workers employee endpoint for better tracking and reporting.
  • Benefits:
    ✅ Provides the ability to export this field or use it in the GET employee data API for employee demographics in WorkEasy Software.
  • Action Required: Users must unlink and relink employees in the integration settings to enable this feature.
