Enhancements ✨
Time and Attendance
Smarter Timesheet Reporting
Timesheet and Timesheet Detailed reports now show only the parts of a shift that fall within the selected date range. If a shift spans midnight, the system automatically adjusts the view based on the report filters—keeping totals accurate and easy to understand.
Updated Sample Files for Easier Imports
Sample files for Clients, Projects, and Jobs have been updated to include a Status column. This makes it easier for users to import only what they need and keep everything organized as Active or Inactive.
Accurate, Reliable Comp Time Conversion
When Comp Time is approved, either automatically or manually, the timesheet now correctly reflects it across all applicable days.
Integration
Webhook Events Now Supported in Paylocity Integration
Webhook events have been added for the Paylocity integration. Updates now flow automatically once users have enabled the webhooks, keeping data fresh without any manual effort. To enable it, users simply download the Paylocity Web Services Request Form provided in the integration setup, fill it out with the appropriate URL, username, and password provided on the WorkEasy Software platform, and send it to Paylocity (webservices@paylocity.com).
Time Off
More Insightful Time-Off Conflicts
If a user’s access is limited to specific groups, the system now displays time-off conflict details only for the employees they’re allowed to view. If none of the involved employees are visible, a clear message will appear so there’s no confusion.
Improved PTO Tracking
When employees request PTO for a future policy cycle, the current balance is no longer affected. This helps ensure accurate tracking across multiple cycles.

Easier Report Building with More Visibility
When building schedule reports, users can now see and select all available schedule plans in their account, regardless of how many are configured.

Timesheet Detailed reports now handle overnight shifts seamlessly, no matter how hours are allocated.

Viewing reporting hours from the employee profile is faster.
