My Portal
🚀 Improvements
- Improved the user experience of the My Portal Time Off feature in the web app.
- Added the “Requests” tab.
- The number of listed Requests and Upcoming Time Off entries are displayed in the respective tabs.
- Listed entries are now sorted by the submission date by default.
- Time off entries added from the Scheduler and Employee Timesheets are now displayed in the My Portal Time Off feature.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Clock In/Out issue on the web clock where selecting “Start Break” after transferring jobs resulted in the break starting without a selection.
Time & Attendance
🚀 Improvements
- Comp Time is no longer rounded on the Employee Timesheets.

- Fixed a Who's In display issue where punch times were partially cut out.
Scheduling

- Improved the confirmation modal text displayed when attempting to archive a Weekly Pattern.
- Added the “Also delete the schedules in the future” option.
- Increased the maximum number of Schedule Plans that can be displayed in the Left Nav to 100.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Weekly Patterns could not be edited.
- Fixed a Scheduler issue where shifts added through the Auto-Scheduler could not be archived.
- Fixed a Weekly Patterns issue where shifts from archived shift patterns were still continuously added.
- Fixed a Scheduler issue where the “Accept Changes” button was partially cut off in the “Resolve conflict(s)” window.
- Fixed a Scheduler issue where the history of a canceled schedule could not be viewed for some accounts.
- Fixed a Scheduler issue where “Minimum hours required” Compliance violations displayed a value of “960” hours instead of the total weekly scheduled hours.
Human Resources
🚀 Improvements
- When choosing a file to be uploaded in the Document Explorer, the max size displayed now reflects the max size allowed.
- Changed from 10MB to 40MB
Time Off
🚀 Improvements
- Added the “View Requests” Time Off Privilege.
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed a Holidays issue where Holidays were not displayed on the Scheduler for employees added with a “Pending” Employment Status (hire date in the future).
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Time Off Requests issue when reviewing the Time Off Request Details as a manager where the full list of tags could not be accessed.
Employee Management
🚀 Improvements
- Improved the carryover status displayed on the Time Off Balance tiles in the My Portal and Employee List Profiles.
- When applicable, an information icon is displayed that provides the carryover details.
- Improved the vertical scrolling experience and the UI of tabs displayed in the Employee List Profile on smaller resolutions.
- The Date of Birth Employee List Profile field now allows ages down to 14 years of age.
- Decreased the minimum age from 16 to 14.
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed an Employee List issue where employees were not added as Employee Portal Users or sent an invitation email once added with Employee Portal Access details.
- Fixed an Employee List issue when adding a new employee where entering values into the SSN field resulted in an operation error.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an Employee List issue where “Pending” employees with a Hire Date in the future could not be archived.
- Fixed a display issue in the Employee List Profile issue when viewing time off balances in the Time Off tab and scrolling down.

- Added the Schedules section to the Initial Setup Wizard.
- Schedule Plans, Shift Preferences, and Shift Swap & Drop can now be configured in the Initial Setup Wizard.

- Time Off Types, Time Off Policies, and Holidays can now be added from the Initial Setup Wizard.
🚀 Improvements
- Super admin system users can no longer remove themselves unless another super admin is active within the account.
- Users are now directed to the Billing & Subscriptions page (easyworkforce.net/billing) upon logging into an expired account.
- When adding Management Levels in the Initial Setup Wizard, changed the "Name" label to "Role” for improved clarity.
- The Security Groups list can now be sorted alphanumerically.
🔥 Hotfixes
- The “Welcome aboard!” email link is now active for 48 hours (increased from 24 to 48 hours).
- Once an employee is invited to access EasyWorkforce, they have up to 48 hours to click the link and create a password.
- Added the “Select Pay Period” option to the Import Punches feature.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a “Forgot to start worked hours break” alert issue where employees were CC’d on other employees’ email alerts.
- Fixed a login issue where Password Policy updates were not applied to the mobile app.
- Fixed a login issue on the web app where the Password Requirements did not reflect the Password Policy specifications
