My Portal

🚀  Improvements 

  • Document requests for E-sign Template documents are now displayed exclusively in the Pending to Sign section in the My Portal Profile.

Time & Attendance

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Punch Restriction issue where employees were unable to clock in on the second week of the bi-weekly pay period.
    • “You are not allowed to create a time entry at this moment because you have reached your scheduled worked time in the workweek”
  • Fixed a Punch Restrictions issue when adding a new Punch Restrictions rule where the "Restrict clocking in when the employee reaches # Worked Hours in a workweek” setting was automatically selected.

Scheduling

🚀  Improvements 

  • When adding shifts to the Scheduler, unsaved shifts no longer disappear when other shifts are published.
  • Weekly Patterns for Inactive/terminated employees are now discontinued after the Termination Date.
  • Inactive/terminated employees are no longer displayed in the Criteria View of the Scheduler after the Termination Date.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Scheduler issue when using the Bulk Edit feature where the window size exceeded the height of the display on smaller screens.
  • Fixed a Scheduler issue where the Advanced Filter(s) could not be accessed in some Schedule Plans.

Time Off

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the following error messages to the Partial Failure window when importing Time Off Balances:
    • Employee is pending
    • Employee is terminated
    • Employee is inactive
    • Time Off code/name not found
  • When submitting a time off request amount with an insufficient balance, the current balance is now displayed up to 4 decimal places in the error message.

Human Resources

🚀  Improvements 

  • After editing a Company Document, employees now receive notifications when the “Shared with Employees” setting is enabled.
  • The “Specific Employee Scope” fields are now hidden until the “Share with employees" setting is enabled.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Profile Designer issue when configuring the viewing permissions of fields for Employee Profiles where archived Management Levels were displayed.

Platform 

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved spelling and grammar across the platform.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Groups issue where Hierarchical Groups could not be edited.

Reports/Exports

⭐ New Features

  • Added the “Assets” Report Type to the Employee reports.
  • Added the Baseline Trends View Type to the Schedules reports.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Changed the “View Type” field name to “Report Type” when adding/editing a custom Employee report.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Timesheet Detailed Export issue where the “No Break” Time Code was factored into the “Total Paid” amount when the “Export Time Code” setting was disabled.

Time Clocks & Kiosk

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Time Clock device issue where no more than 50 employees could be displayed in the Users list.

  • Fixed a Time Off Balance Widget issue where inaccurate totals were displayed.
