Time & Attendance

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where punches from the mobile app and web app that took longer than 2 minutes to process would show incorrectly on the Timesheet and reports.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the ability to edit or delete automatic hours entries on the Timesheet.
  • Added the ability to group employees on the Pay Period Overview.
  • Added the "Do Not Track Breaks" option in the Break settings.
  • Added an option for overtime to start counting from the start of the pay period when the employee is hired within the pay period.
  • Added the "Show the automatic hours for the entire pay period" option where, when enabled, the Automatic Hours populate for all days within the pay period.

Scheduling

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a display issue when viewing the Scheduler in the daily view, the shift count and the planned hours were overlapped with the employee initials.
  • Fixed a Shift Planner issue where partial archiving of shifts would cause an error.
  • Fixed a Weekly Pattern issue where the "Apply" button was not displayed.
  • Removed duplicate Email Template for Updated Schedule.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the start time validation message when the start time is greater than the end time.
  • Improved the validation message when the break time is greater than the shift length.
  • Added the "Would you like to delete the schedules created in the future" option to delete all future shifts created by a Shift Pattern.

Time Off

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a time off accruals issue where carryover was not being taken into consideration in the balance until the carryover date.

🚀  Improvements 

  • The default "Decimal places" in the Policy Plan now defaults to the "Decimal Places" entered in the EasyTimeOff Advanced settings.
  • The Time Off Request workflow now notifies the employee by default.

Human Resources

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a privileges issue where users with certain HR privileges would receive a sad face upon logging in.
  • Fixed a Pay Info privileges issue where users would still see pay info if the privilege was not enabled.
  • Fixed an issue where Password Policy rules did not save.

      Platform 

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue where the Overtime rules would be reset.
      • Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue where the default values for the "Approval Deadline is" and "Allow to close the pay period" options were incorrect.
      • Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue where selecting the "Minimum guarantee hours" option in the Automatic Hours settings would result in a blank page.
      • Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue where break duration in a Time of Day break could be greater than the time worked.
      • Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue where adding two of the same Floating Breaks would cause the software to continuously load when proceeding to the next step.
      • Fixed an issue where "Send Password Reset" did not send an email.
      • Fixed an issue when logging into the software, an infinite loop would occur if the local time did not match the server time.

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Added an option to select the time of day for "Approval Deadline is" and "Allow to close the pay period" in the Initial Setup Wizard.
      • Improved the break duration validation message in the Initial Setup Wizard.

      Employee Management

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed an issue where new employees could not be added if a Custom Field with an expiration date was active in the Employee Profile Designer.

        Reports/Exports

        🔧  Fixes

        • Fixed an issue where the out-of-the-box reports did not display for new accounts.
        • Fixed a Breaks Detailed Report issue where the "Show only break violation" option was not functioning properly.
        • Fixed a Breaks Detailed report issue where the "Break window" column did not display the related information.
        • Fixed an issue where the Breaks Detailed report did not display properly for employees with multiple Worked Hours breaks.
        • Fixed an Employee List report issue where Custom Field columns would result in an operation error.
        • Fixed an issue where Job Costing reports were displayed in accounts without the Job Costing module.
        • Fixed an issue where 'Weekly Timesheet Summary' was spelled incorrectly in the report types. 
        • Fixed an export issue where exports could not be downloaded.
        • Fixed an issue when running an export, the Background Tasks notification did not display until the page was refreshed.
        • Fixed a Timesheet Summary export issue where column orders would not reflect the order selected.

        🚀  Improvements 

        • Increased the number of columns available to 20 for the Timesheet Daily Summary and Timesheet Summary reports.
        • Added a disclaimer field option to the Time and Attendance reports.
        • The Type column within the Timesheet Detailed report now shows the start and end times of the related shift.
        • The out-of-the-box reports for Time Off now include the following reports:
          • Time Off Balance Summary
          • Time Off Detailed Accruals
          • Time Off Overview
          • Time Off Request Details.

        Time Clocks & Kiosk

        🔧  Fixes

        • Fixed an issue where the Time Clock Settings could not be accessed.
        • Fixed a time clock issue when trying to forget a wifi network, the device displayed an error message "can not be deleted because it was created by another app".
        • Fixed a Kiosk issue where refreshing the web page would cause deactivation on Ipads.
        • Fixed a Clocking Permissions issue where the selected time clock(s) did not display within the rule.

        🚀  Improvements 

        • Users can now search via Job Code on time clock devices for the related Job name.
        • Added the Fingerprint Quality Score feature which measures a scanned fingerprint as low, medium, or high.
        • Updated text on Time Clocks for Punch Restrictions.

        Mobile App

        🔧  Fixes

        • Fixed a My Portal Clock In/Out issue where the lock icon was overlapping the name of the break when ending a break.

        🚀  Improvements 

        • Comments and Notes in the Mobile App now allow for up to 2000 characters when leaving a note or comment on a Timesheet.

          Job Costing

          • Fixed a Who's In issue where the Job Costing text was not correctly displayed.

          🚀  Improvements 

          • Added the ability to search for Jobs by Job Code when clocking in/out.

            Dashboard (Widgets)

            • Removed duplicate listings of employees in the Employee Status Widget.

            • The Exception Widget can now be filtered by Groups.
