🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a mobile My Requests issue where requested Cash Out amounts did not reflect accurately under Time Taken & Balances.
- Fixed a web Clock In/Out and mobile Clock In/Out issue where employees could clock out of a Worked Hours break early when "Enforce Break Length" was enabled.
- Fixed a web Clock In/Out issue where the Comments field did not align correctly with the associated options.
🚀 Improvements
- Improved the colors and text displayed in the Availability section in the web app.
Time & Attendance
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Timesheets with only time off added could not be approved.
- Fixed an issue where the break drop-down did not display the available Floating Breaks when editing an employee's timesheet.
🚀 Improvements
- Added "Minimum guarantee hours" option to the Automatic Hours settings in the Reporting Hours.
- Timesheets now automatically recalculate upon reopening a pay period.
- Added Payable section to the Timesheet Summary Report columns to display payables on custom Timesheet Summary reports.
- Improved Custom Field text labels in the Global Settings

Scheduling
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an issue preventing published shifts in the Scheduler from being reduced to less than the previous shift duration.
- Fixed an issue where the Publish button was not displaying when publishing shifts in the Scheduler.
- Fixed an issue preventing shifts from being published in future weeks in the Scheduler.
🚀 Improvements
- More color options have been added to the Scheduler for shift differentiation.
- When an employee changes from one Shift Pattern to another, the shifts from the new Shift Pattern now automatically populate in the Scheduler.
- Added labels to the Team Staffing ellipsis options.
Time Off
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an issue where accounts with the EasyTimeOff advanced license did not display the Group and Employee assignment scope levels when adding Holidays.
🚀 Improvements
- Added the ability to add time off on the same day as a Holiday.
- The Time Off Request details now only display 1 calendar instead of 2 when an employee's time off request spans 1 day.
- Added a helper that shows the total number of hours of time off to be added or requested over multiple days.
Human Resources
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Assets could not be edited.
- Fixed an issue where new Assets could not be added.
🚀 Improvements
- Added the ability to edit the acquired date of an asset.
- Improved text labels in the Assets section.
- Improved error message text when an employee does not have access to the Employee Portal.
Platform
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue in the Pay Period section where selecting Yes and then No for "Do you want to set a timesheet approval deadline?" would still require a value for the following setting.
- Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue in the Pay Period section where selecting No for "Do you want to set a timesheet approval deadline?" would result in an infinite loop on the webpage.
- Fixed an issue in the User Profile Menu where the Billing & Subscription option displayed "Not Found" when selected.

- The notification panel in the web app now automatically collapses when clicking away.

- Fixed an export issue where names with apostrophes did not display correctly.
- Fixed a Time & Attendance reports issue where the Use Pay Period option was not filtering employees based on the pay period.

- Reports now show the total amount paid per Time Code.
- Added a print button to print reports from the HTML view.
- Added the Weekly Timesheet Summary report type to the Time & Attendance Reports.
Time Clocks & Kiosk

- Fixed a Time Clock issue where employees could clock out of a Worked Hours break early when "Enforce Break Length" was enabled.
- Fixed issue: When an employee clocked out on a time clock with the Punch Restriction "How early can an employee Clock In", the Successfully Verified message would display on the Time Clock but the Clock Out punch did not display on the timesheet.
🚀 Improvements
- Added Shift display that shows the start and end of the shift when a user clocks in and out.
- Alphabetized and improved the text labels of the Time Clock Settings in the web app Global Settings.

- Fixed an issue where the search bars in the Job Costing Global Settings was not searching accurately.
- Fixed an issue where a backdated Job Costing Configurations did not display in the rules list.
