  • Fixed an issue where Shift Preferences could not be edited.

Time & Attendance

🔧  Fixes

  • For automatic breaks, when overriding a break in the Timesheet, the Override Break button no longer disappears from the menu when set to 0:00.
  • Fixed an issue where Group-based Reporting Hours rules would not display details when selected.

🚀  Improvements 

  • There is now an option to notify employees who forget to start or end a Worked Hours Break in the web app.
  • Out-of-the-box Time Codes now show the Original Name and Original Code once they have been edited.

  • Fixed an issue where Team Staffing Configurations could not be archived.
  • Fixed an issue where Team Staffing shifts did not display names of team members after employees were assigned.

  • Improved the Time Off details display text in the Schedule view.

  • Added the "Increments" feature to EasyTimeOff to accommodate for incremental time off requests.

    • Fixed an issue where the Location and Department fields did not automatically populate in the Employee Profile Designer.

      • Fixed an issue where managers would receive duplicate alerts when an employee forgot to clock in.
      • Fixed an issue in the Initial Setup Wizard where editing the Approval Deadline or Allow to Close the Pay Period settings would result in a blank page.

      • Fixed a Safari compatibility issue where the Product Selector did not display correctly.

      Employee Management

      • Fixed an issue where data would not save when adding or editing a break in the Settings tab of the Employee Profile.
      • Fixed an issue where the Reporting Hours could not be accessed from the Settings tab in the Employee Profile.

      • Archived employees no longer populate in the Employee Groups listings.

      Reports/Exports

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed an issue where the Missing Punch Report would display a Missing Punch incorrectly when using the Date Range filter.
      • Fixed an issue where Job Costing reports would show the previous logo.
      • Fixed Time Code headings and amounts alignment in the reports.
      • Fixed an Export issue when editing the column order, the last column would be placed incorrectly.

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Added formatting for Display Zero Hours for custom reports that display time.
      • Custom Time and Attendance and Time Off Reports now automatically populate columns.
      • Reports now have icons that indicate whether they are out-of-the-box     
        or custom  .
      • Added an Archived Status filter to view previously archived reports.
      • Added Payables total to the Summary of the Timesheet Detailed Report.

      Time Clocks & Kiosk

      • Fixed an issue where the Timeclock Connection Status did not update in a timely manner.
      • Fixed an issue where the Time Clocks tab in the EasyClocking left nav would not open if the account did not have Time Clocks.

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Added Testing options to the Connections menu on Time Clock devices to assist with connection troubleshooting.
      • Added "Number of Fingerprint Scans when Enrolling" option to the Time Clock Settings.
