🚀 Enhancements
- The My Portal Clock In/Out buttons are now a uniform size when viewing non-English languages.

- Fixed a Pay Period Overview issue where timesheets for some employees were not displayed in the next pay period.

Scheduling
🚀 Enhancements
- Increased the maximum number of open shifts that can be published at one time to 300.
- When viewing scheduled shifts in the Shift Planner that were added via Weekly Patterns, the History window now displays the following:
- Created by Weekly Patterns – When the Weekly Pattern is set to have a publish behavior of "None“.
- Published by Weekly Patterns - When the Weekly Pattern is set to have a publish behavior of "Publish with or without workflow"
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Scheduler issue when using the Employee Groups and/or Employee General Advanced filter(s) where archiving shifts resulted in shifts outside of the filtered scope being archived as well.
Time Off
🚀 Enhancements
- Enhanced the formatting of the Time Off Request Details screen when viewing Full Day time off requests.
🔧 Fixes
- Time off denied notifications now display the employee name instead of the name of the applicable Time Off Type.
- Fixed a Time Off Policy issue where starting balances were not factored into the balance forecasting section of new time off requests.
- Fixed a Time Off Request Workflow issue where a decision could not be added after the “Is Blackout Day” activity.
Human Resources
🚀 Enhancements
- Document Center email alerts are now DMARC compliant.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Profile Designer Permissions UI issue where, after a new permission setting was selected and saved, the active permission settings were not displayed upon return to the Profile Designer.

- Added the Two-Step Verification feature to the System Security Options.
- The WorkEasy Software web app notifications now support the Portuguese language.
- The WorkEasy Software mobile app notifications now support the French Language.
- The WorkEasy Software web app notifications now support the French-Canadian Language.

- Enhanced the user experience when activating/inactivating Time Off Types in the Initial Setup Wizard.
- The Create Ticket button now takes users to the Submit a Ticket page.
- A “Modified By” section has been added to the details of Archived System Users.
- The “Modified By” section shows the Preferred Name and email of the user who performed the archival along with the date and time.

- Fixed an Exceptions issue when attempting to view the Break Penalties Exception where no results were found.

- When using the “Group By” filter in Time & Attendance reports, employees without the assigned Group will now appear in an unassigned section at the top of the report.
- Fixed a Timesheet Detailed Report issue where “Salary” type entries were displayed for employees without assigned salaries.
- Fixed a Timesheet Detailed report issue where the report could not be run with the “Always split” behavior and “Group By” filter enabled.
- Fixed a Timesheet Detailed Report issue where the Day Total Hrs Paid column displayed the totals per row instead of the totals per day.
- Fixed a Timesheet Daily Summary report issue where the dates were not displayed.
- Fixed an Exceptions Break Penalties report issue where an error occurred when attempting to run the report.
- Punch data from archived Pay Period Configurations are now displayed for applicable Export Data Providers.
Employee Management

- Enhanced the confirmation message displayed when archiving an employee.
- When uploading selfie enrollment photos, increased the size to 5MB.
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed an Employee List issue when adding a new employee where the Employment Status info and timesheets were not created for the employee if a future Hire Date was selected.
Integrations
🚀 Enhancements
- Removed the “Locations” option when configuring Groups in the Run Powered by ADP integration setup wizard.
- Added the Send Hours Only option when sending pay data to ADP Workforce Now from the Pay Period Overview.
- When Time Off Sync is enabled in the ADP Workforce Now configuration setup wizard, a warning message now appears when Time Off Types are not selected.

- Fixed an ADP Workforce Now Integration issue where pay data could not be sent to multiple company codes.
