My Portal

⭐ New Features

  • Breaks can now be automatically taken by employees without having to select the specific break on time clock devices.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Shifts displayed in the Co-Workers section of the My Portal Schedules can now include approved time off if enabled.
  • Improved the “Punch Denied” when an employee attempts to punch outside of an enforced geofence: “You are outside of your assigned location”.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a My Portal Profile issue in the Documents Tab where documents in the “Pending to Sign” section could not be selected.
  • Fixed a My Portal Schedules issue where shifts could not be picked up.

 

 

Time & Attendance

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the “Restrict By Device (IMEI Or ID)” validation message.

 

 

Time Off

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the visibility of the back button when viewing Time Off Policies.
  • The name of the selected Time Off Policy is now displayed in the header when viewing Time Off Policies.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Time Off Request issue when submitting a time off request for a “Balance is not tracked” Time Off Type where a “Not Enough Balance” error would occur.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Holidays issue when adding a “Days” Recurrence where, after using the “Specific (choose one or many)” option to select days, the Holiday rule could not be saved.
  • Fixed a Time Off Policies issue when adding a Time Off Policy where the “Accrual rule preview” did not display the specified number of decimals.

 

 

Human Resources

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the “Reply-to Email Address” field when adding a new Document Request.
    • When responding to a Document Request via email, the reply-to address is automatically populated with the provided email address.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Reports issue when filtering by Groups where the list of available instances was incomplete.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Profile Designer issue where some Personal fields were not displayed on the mobile app.

 

 

Employee Management

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the “Do not show this message again” option to the congratulatory message upon adding a new employee to the Employee List.

 

 

Platform

  • Improved spelling and grammar across the platform.

 

 

Reports/Exports

🚀  Improvements

  • Updated the UI of section containers in the Advanced Filter(s) when running reports.
  • Added the “Employee” section to the Advanced Filter(s) options when running reports.
  • Added the option to filter reports with the Employee List.
  • Reports with the “Employee per page” or “Signature per employee” setting enabled now display the Report Name, time period, and company logo on all pages.
  • Added the following Report columns to the “List” View Type of Employee Reports:
    • Date of Birth
    • Address
    • Emergency Contact
    • Marital Status
    • Travel Visas
    • Education

  • Added the "Timesheet Daily Summary (Per Pay Period)“ Export Data Provider.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Timesheet Detailed Report issue where missing punches and the associated punch were not displayed in the report.
  • Fixed a Timesheet Detailed Report issue where the “Where it falls time log behavior” option was not available.

 

 

Time Clocks & Kiosk

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the employee statuses displayed on time clock devices.
    • A “Clocked Out” status is now displayed after an employee clocks out.
    • If the punch is from the previous day, “Yesterday” is displayed.
    • A “Clocked In” status is now displayed after an employee clocks in.

 

 

Job Costing

🚀  Improvements 

  • Employee Timesheet Durations (hrs) entries now support Default Jobs.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a My Portal Clock In/Out issue when selecting a Job where long display names were cut off from view.
  • Fixed a Time Clock issue when using the Claire integration with Job Costing where the Clock In icon overlapped the Project/Job text.
