🚀 Improvements
- The print button was added to the My Portal Timesheets for employees to print their Timesheet reports
Time & Attendance
🔥 Hotfixes
- Timesheet managers can now cycle through more than 50 employees when viewing the Employee Timesheets.
- Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where comments could not be added/edited to Payables.
- Fixed a Review Out of Shift UI issue where the time displayed in the time selector was cut off.
- Fixed a Preferences issue in the Employee Timesheets where, after selecting a Group By option, the selection did not appear.
- Fixed an issue where hours could not be sent to Clair.
🔧 Fixes
- Archived Pay Period Configurations are no longer prioritized by the Dashboard, Reports, Who’s In, and Exceptions features when an employee is assigned
to 2 Pay Period Configurations with the same pay period schedule.
Scheduling

- Managers with a Security Groups Groups scope that contains Locations and Groups can now see Schedule Plans in the Left Nav that contain employees within the assigned scopes.
🔧 Fixes
- Team Staffing shifts can now be filled on the Scheduler.
- Shift Templates can now be edited in the WorkEasy Software mobile app.
- Fixed the Notes field misalignment issue when adding Shift Templates in the WorkEasy Software web app.
- The Day(s) of the week filter can now be applied when adding or editing a Weekly Pattern.
Time Off
🚀 Improvements
- A button-based system replaced the drag-and-drop system to enhance the user experience when activating/inactivating Time Off Types in a Time Off
Policy.
🔧 Fixes
- Starting balances based on hire date are now factored into the available and forecasted balances when submitting a new time off request.
Human Resources
🔥 Hotfixes
- The “Manage Document Request” Privilege has been added to grant managers access to view the Document Requests feature.
Platform
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed an issue where users could not log in to the software.
- Fixed a Time Off Advanced Settings issue where making a selection for the “Show time off coworkers to” setting resulted in an error.
🔧 Fixes
- The Exceptions feature now displays a validation error when the start date is later than the end date while attempting to view custom dates.
Time Clocks & Kiosk

- Input fields are now selected automatically when using the Kiosk.

- Fixed a UI alignment issue in the Initial Setup Wizard Time Clocks section.

- The All option now returns all Report Types when filtering the Schedule Report History.

- The Time Off Balance Details Export Data Provider has been added to allow users to export PTO accrual events and adjustments as a CSV file.
- Fixed an issue where Timesheet Detailed exports could not be viewed.
- Fixed a Timesheet Summary export issue where the Amounts column displayed doubled values.
- Fixed an Exports issue where exports with newly added transformations could not be run successfully.
- Fixed a Timesheet Summary Export issue where using Date Range Selector > Use Date Range resulted in doubled totals.
- Fixed an Exports issue where the Employee Groups filter could not be applied.
- Fixed a Timesheet Detailed (Pay Period) Export issue where the results were duplicated for employees assigned 2 different pay rates in the same pay period.
- Fixed a Job Tracking Timesheet Daily Export issue where the Employee IDs displayed in the results were incorrect.
- Fixed a Reports issue where newly added Time Off Detailed reports could not be run.

- The Timesheet Summary Report Amount column now displays salaries.
- The Employee Availability report has been fixed.
- The Start of Week and End of Week values can now be exported when running the Timesheet Weekly Summary export.

- Fixed a Job Costing issue when filtering the Job List by “Not Archived” where archived jobs were displayed in the listing.
