- Added “Mobile and PC Punches” Report Type to the Time & Attendance reports.
Time & Attendance
🚀 Improvements
- Improved the Who’s In List View on the web app and mobile app.
- A colored tab now indicates the employee’s corresponding Who’s In status.
- Improved the user interface of Who’s In Details View on the mobile app.
- The punch origin icon is now displayed next to the corresponding punch.
- Who’s In now supports geolocations.
- Added the Maps button to the Who’s In options.
- Geolocation pins are displayed on the map for all eligible employees who clock in/out on the mobile app.
Scheduling
🚀 Improvements
- Added the “Day Selector” to the Shift Planner where open shifts can be assigned additionally to the selected days in the following views:
- Criteria View
- Weekly
- 2 Weeks
- Monthly
- Shifts can now be set as a recurrence for up to 4 weeks in the following views of the Shift Planner:
- Criteria View

- 2 Weeks
- Added the “Day Selector” to the Scheduler where shifts can be assigned additionally to the selected days in the monthly view.
- Improved the error message when creating a new “Schedule Criteria” with the same name as an active or archived criteria:
- “Criteria name must be unique”
- “Criteria name must be unique”
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed a Scheduler issue when adding Shift Templates where the UI became unstable when scrolling through the available templates.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Scheduler issue when adding shifts as a manager where shifts could be added without criteria assigned, and once assigned, an error would occur when attempting to save or publish.
Time Off
🚀 Improvements
- Time Off Policies can now be duplicated.
- Added the “Duplicate” button to the Time Off Policies ellipsis options.
Human Resources
🚀 Improvements
- Updated the default header and Contact Details section in the Profile Designer for all new accounts.
- Added the following hover hint to the “Share with employees” option when adding a Company Document:
- “Enables all employees to view the file in the Documents Tab of their My Portal Profiles”.
- Improved the visibility of the “Custom Fields” and “Groups” text labels when uploading a Company Document on the Mobile App.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Document Explorer issue on the mobile app where the “File Info” of a selected document did not load.
- Fixed a Document Explorer issue on the mobile app where Company Documents and Templates folders could not be selected.
- Fixed a Document Explorer issue on the mobile app when attempting to change a document’s name within the Company Documents or Templates folders where the name change was not reflected until the page was refreshed.
- Fixed a Groups issue on the web app and mobile app when archiving a Group instance from a Hierarchical Group, where the entire Group disappeared from the user interface until the page was refreshed or reloaded.

- Added the Expiration Date of a Custom Field to the available Report columns for Employee Reports in the List and Employee Credentials View Types.
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed a Schedules Reports issue when adding a “Weekly By Criteria” or “2 Weeks By Criteria” Report Type where the “Group by” option was unavailable, and Criteria could not be assigned to the report.
