      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed a My Schedules Privilege issue where Super Admin Employee Portal Users did not have access to My Portal Schedules.

       

       

      Time & Attendance

      • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where, after changing the Time Zone of a Location, the first day of the pay period did not display any timesheet information for employees assigned to the Location.

       

       

      Scheduling

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Archived shifts can now be recovered individually and in bulk.

      🔥  Hotfixes

      • Fixed a Scheduler issue where Shift Templates could not be drag & dropped in the Weekly and 2 Weeks by Criteria views.
      • Fixed a Scheduler issue when using a Schedule Plan with a custom “Publish” workflow where scheduled shifts could not be published.

       

       

      Human Resources

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed a My Portal Profile issue in the mobile app where pending documents could not be viewed.

       

       

      Time Off

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Improved the user experience of the Time Off Requests feature in the web app.
        • Added the “Requests” tab.
        • The number of listed Requests and Upcoming Time Off entries are displayed in the respective tabs.
        • Listed entries are now sorted by the submission date by default.

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed a Time Taken & Balances issue when adding multi-day time off requests with the Duration in Hours where the total hours for all days were deducted from each day.

       

       

      Reports/Exports

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed a Reports Scheduled Recurrency issue where reports were not emailed as configured.

       

       

       

      Integrations

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Added "Job Title" and "Pay Groups" to the Employee Sync options in the BambooHR Setup Wizard.
      • The SSN field is no longer synchronized with BambooHR.

      • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue when assigning Projects/Jobs where only the first 50 Jobs added were listed in the selector.
