Time & Attendance

⭐ New Features

  • Added the “Review Unplanned Work” option to the Shift Options on Employee Timesheets for applicable shifts.
  • Added the “Automatically Approve Unplanned Hours” setting to the Unplanned Hours & Out of Shift options in the Scheduling Global Settings.
  • Added the “Automatically Approve Out of Shift Hours” setting to the Unplanned Hours & Out of Shift options in the Scheduling Global Settings.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Who’s In issue where the “Approved Time Off” status of Holidays did not update when Holidays were deleted.

 

 

Scheduling

  • Fixed a Scheduler issue when using the “Copy” function where shifts prior to the current day could not be copied.
  • Fixed an issue when adding a Team Staffing Team where entering a space in the Name resulted in a “Network error”.

 

 

Human Resources

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Document Explorer issue when adding an e-sign Template where, after saving the Template, users were redirected back to the Document Explorer instead of the e-sign page.

  • Fixed a Document Explorer issue where Template files could not be edited.
  • Fixed a Document Explorer issue when adding a Company Document where the pop-up window did not close after saving and multiple instances of the file would be created if the save button was clicked multiple times.
  • Fixed a Document Requests issue when selecting an Employee Document for a New Non-Template Request where the File Explorer did not default to the Employee Documents folder.
  • Fixed a Document Requests issue when selecting an Employee Document for a New Non-Template Request where selecting the Employee Documents option in the breadcrumb navigation resulted in a blank pop-up window.
  • Fixed a Document Requests issue when selecting a Template for a New Template-Based Request where the File Explorer did not default to the Templates folder.
  • Fixed a Document Requests issue when selecting a Template for a New Template-Based Request where selecting the Templates option in the breadcrumb navigation resulted in a blank pop-up window.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Files in the Document Explorer can now be viewed with a single click.
  • Added a download button to the File Options in the Document Explorer.
  • Increased the maximum number of folders allowed within a folder from 5 to 500 in the Document Center.
  • Added the ability to search by Folder Name in the Document Explorer.

 

 

Platform 

  • Fixed a Global Settings issue where the number of active rules did not update after ending a rule.
  • Fixed an Exceptions issue where the “Today” Exceptions also displayed Exceptions from the previous day.
  • Fixed a Security Group issue where only System Users and Employee Portal Users with “Super Admin” enabled could add Kiosks.

  • Improved spelling and grammar across the platform. 

 

 

Reports/Exports

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Timesheet Detailed Report issue where the Clock In time of Floating Breaks displayed the shift start time if the assigned break rule contained multiple Floating Breaks.

    • ADP Run v1.0
    • EasyPay
    • Paychex Flex v2

 

 

Time Clocks & Kiosk

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Time Clocks issue where employees assigned to a Weekly Overtime Punch Restriction could still clock in after overtime had been reached.
    • Time Clocks now display the following message to employees who are assigned to a Weekly Overtime Punch Restriction once overtime has been reached: "You've reached the Weekly Overtime and cannot Clock In. Please contact your manager."
  • Fixed a Time Clocks issue where employees assigned to a Punch Restriction rule with a Worked Hours limit could still clock in after the number of Worked Hours had been reached.
    • Time Clocks now display the following message to employees who are assigned to a Punch Restriction rule with a Worked Hours limit once the number of worked hours has been reached: "You've reached the Worked Hours limit and cannot Clock In. Please contact your manager."

 

 

Mobile App

  • Improved the UI of the File Options in the Document Explorer of the mobile app.

 

 

Job Costing

🚀  Improvements 

  • When Reporting Hours rules with Job Costing enabled are assigned to employees in the middle of a pay period, Job Costing is now active for the employees from the beginning of the pay period.
  • Tags can now be added to Clients, Projects, Jobs, and Tasks.
