Time Off

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the number of hours in the “Approval required (time off/cash out request)” notification in the web app was displayed in decimals when the “Use decimal calculation” setting was not enabled. 
  • Fixed an issue where the number of hours in the “Approval required (time off/cash out request)” notification in the mobile app was displayed in decimals when the “Use decimal calculation” setting was not enabled. 
  • Fixed an issue where the Time Off Request email displayed the request duration in decimals when the “Use decimal calculation” setting was not enabled.
  • Fixed a Time Off Policies issue when using a monthly accrual of every 3 months where the hours were not awarded. 

🚀  Improvements 

  • The “Hours” and “Balance” columns in the Accrual Preview of a Time Off Policy now display the same number of decimals specified in the “Decimals places” field. 
  • Fixed an issue where the “Approval required (time off/cash out request)” notification in the web app displayed the Available Balance in decimals when the “Use decimal calculation” setting was not enabled.

 

Human Resources

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Document Center issue where uploaded documents could not be edited or deleted and the information about the document was not accessible when the “Manage Document Center” privilege was enabled. 
  • Fixed an E-sign Template issue when responding to a document request where the hire date on eSignforms was not displayed in the Hire Date field.
  • Fixed an E-sign Template issue where incorrect info was displayed for Party No. 2 and Party No. 3. 

 

Platform 

  • Fixed a Billing and Subscriptions issue when reviewing the Subscriptions details where the number of active employees was not displayed. 
  • Fixed an issue in the EasyWorkforceAdvanced Settings where the Employee Pin options were not displayed correctly. 

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the ability to search for a location using coordinates when adding a Geofence. 
  • Improved the UI of call-to-action email notifications. 
  • Improved spelling and grammar across the platform.

 

Reports/Exports

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an Exports issue where Deliveries were not being sent. 
  • Fixed a Schedules Reports “Recurrency” issue when the “Show Schedule Report” option was enabled where the corresponding email would not be sent. 
  • Fixed a Timesheet Detailed Report issue when selecting "Show Original Clock In/Out Times“ where, if a Rounding rule was in place, the report displayed rounded punches. 
  • Fixed a Timesheet Detailed Report issue where the Reporting Method icons were not displayed for all punches. 

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the “Show employee planned hours total” setting to the report options for the “Weekly by Employee” Schedules report. 

 

Mobile App

🚀  Improvements 

  • Fixed a Review Requests issue in the mobile app where the number of hours displayed in the Review Request Details did not match the Requested time off amount.
