🚀 Improvements
- The following message is now displayed when an employee with a “Pending” Employment Status attempts to clock in through the web app:
- Your employment status is not Active. Please contact your system administrator.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Questionnaire issue on time clock devices when the text of multiple-choice questions exceeded the width of the display where the text overlapped.
- Fixed a Questionnaire issue in the mobile app where long answers exceeded the width of the display.
Time & Attendance
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue when approving out-of-shift hours where the Review Out of Shift selections could not be saved to the timesheet.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Breaks issue when adding/editing a "Time of the day" Breaks rule where the Break Window start & end times could be the same value.
- Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue when using Shift Differentials in combination with Holidays and Break Time Codes where the deductions were overstated.
Scheduling

- Scheduled shifts can now be filtered by multiple colors in the Advanced Filter(s) of the Scheduler and Shift Planner.
Human Resources
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Compliances issue when adding/editing a Compliances rule where the values entered were saved incorrectly for the following rules:
- Maximum hours allowed in the week
- Predictable pay
- Preferred amount of hours
- Minimum hours required
Integrations
🚀 Improvements
- Added the following “Feature Not Supported Error” message when the Quickbooks Online integration is not supported by the Quickbooks Online account:
- We're sorry, but this feature is not included in your QuickBooks Online Simple Start subscription. Please upgrade your Quickbooks Online subscription.
- Groups Mapping values are no longer required to complete the BambooHR Setup Wizard.
- Added the “Active employees only“ setting to the Employee Sync options in the BambooHR Setup Wizard.
Platform

- A license expiration warning message now displays in the web app when the account license expires within 17 days.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Questionnaire issue where the "Add Action" buttons did not fit on the screen when the answer’s text length exceeded the width of the display box.
