My Portal
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a My Portal Profile issue where shared Documents could not be viewed from the Documents tab.
Time & Attendance
⭐ New Features
- Added the Bulk Add Time feature to the Pay Period Overview.
- Managers can now add time for multiple employees at once within the same pay period.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Semi-Monthly & Monthly Timesheets issue where punches would not appear on Employee Timesheets for employees assigned Weekly Overtime rules with Punch Restrictions.
- Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue where Holidays always displayed as “Full day”.
- Holidays displayed on Employee Timesheets now display the name and duration on both the header and the body of the timesheet row.
- Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where multiple Floating Break names would display when only one break was selected.
🚀 Improvements
- The “Do not override” status is now displayed in the Details of all applicable rules previously added in the Global Settings.
Scheduling
⭐ New Features
- Added the “Bulk Edit” feature to the Scheduler.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Shift Planner issue where shifts could not be partially archived.
- Fixed an Advanced Filter(s) issue when publishing shifts in the Scheduler where search results were not filtered by the Name or Employee ID entered.
- Fixed a Schedule Plan issue when adding shifts for an employee whose Effective Hire Date was after the Start Date of the shift, the Recommendation Engine would infinitely load.

The following Schedule Error Message now displays when scheduling employees to work before their Effective Hire Date: “Cannot add a shift for the selected date(s) the employee status is not active.”

- Fixed a display issue in the Scheduler and Shift Planner where, when active, the Shift Options icons would display on top of the Ellipsis Options.
- Fixed an issue when adding a Shift Pattern with a Weekly Recurrency type where the Time could not be manually entered, and the Time Selector would disappear after one click up or down.
- Fixed a Scheduler issue when archiving shifts from the Ellipsis Options where the “Archive” and “Cancel” buttons were visible from the Advanced Filter(s).
🚀 Improvements
- Added the “Publish” button to the “Add Shift” form.
- The Employee Timesheets now support multiple Geofences.
Time Off
⭐ New Features
- Added the “Show time off coworkers to” setting to the EasyTime Off Advanced Settings.
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed a Time Off Policies issue when adding a “Yearly” Accrual Rule with an “Effective from” date set after the “policy renewal cycle date” where the balance would accrue incorrectly.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Time Off Types with “Balance is not tracked” enabled could not be utilized.
- The “Allow Negative Balance” option in Time Off Policies is now disabled by default for Time Off types with “Balance is tracked” enabled.
🚀 Improvements
- The text within a Time Off Policy’s input fields is now automatically highlighted when clicked, instead of having to delete the default value first and then entering new text.
- The “Coworkers (accepted and pending)” list now shows employees for whom a Manager has added a Time Off Request.
Human Resources
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed a Groups issue where new instances of Dynamic Groups could not be added.
- Fixed a Document Explorer when uploading a Company Document where clicking “Save” multiple times resulted in multiple uploads of the same document.
🚀 Improvements
- Added the following error message when attempting to archive a Location that is currently in use: “Unable to archive as this location is currently in use”.

- Added the “Support access” section to the Contact Us options where users can download the remote access tool directly from the web app.
- Added the “API Access” feature to the Global Settings where users can obtain an access token.

- Fixed a Global Settings issue where the “Do not override” Advanced option could not be saved as enabled.
- Fixed an issue where the Product Selector would disappear and the Left Nav would become unresponsive when using the Safari web browser.
- Fixed a Left Nav issue when navigating to Time Taken & Balances from the Employee List, the Employee List would remain active.
- Fixed a Left Nav issue when navigating to the Employee Reports from the Employee List, both categories would display as active.
- Fixed a Pay Period Overview issue when attempting to “Send To QB Online” where the Employee Selection page was blank.
- Fixed a Questionnaires issue when adding a subquestion to a questionnaire where previewed subquestions were cut off for some screen resolutions.

- Time Off Tags has been removed from the Time Off Global Settings.

- Fixed a Schedules Reports issue where deleted Holidays were still displayed in the Weekly By Employee Report.

⭐ New Features
- Added the Network Time Protocol section to the Time Clock Settings where users now have the ability to connect time clocks to a different NTP Host.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Kiosk Settings issue where a Kiosk Settings rule with the default values could not be saved.
Mobile App
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an issue in the mobile app where shifts could not be added from the Scheduler or Shift Planner in the Criteria view.
- Fixed an “Open Shift Available” notification issue where, after publishing an open shift, the notification did not appear under the “Actions Required" tab. (all platforms mobile and web)
- Fixed an issue where the Document Center was inaccessible in the mobile app.
🚀 Improvements
- The Open Shift Ellipsis Options in the mobile app can now be accessed by single-tapping an open shift rather than pressing and holding an open shift.
- Added the “View Details” option to the Open Shift Ellipsis Options.
- Changed “Request Shift” to “Pick-up Shift” in the Open Shift Ellipsis Options of the mobile app.
- Improved the display of scheduled shifts on the mobile app: Scheduled shifts on the mobile app now visually match the web app.
- Changed the "A shift assigned to you have been changed” Push Notification in the mobile app to model the "Update to your shift“ notification displayed in the web app.
Job Costing
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Jobs assigned to shifts in the Scheduler were not displayed on the Employee Timesheet after clocking in/out.
- Fixed the "Setting Up Job Costing" button in the Job Costing section of the Reporting Hours options.
🚀 Improvements
- Added the ability to filter by Projects, Clients, and Tasks in addition to Jobs in the Advanced Filter(s) of the Scheduler and Shift Planner.
