      My Portal

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Improved the spacing of the columns displayed in the My Portal Time Off feature.

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed a My Portal Time Off issue when adding a time off request where the request could not be submitted if the “Full Day” or “Half Day” duration option was selected before switching to the “Hours” option.

       

      Time & Attendance

      ⭐ New Features

      • Added the “Approaching overtime daily” Time and Attendance Manager alert.

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Added a tool-tip disclaimer for the “Required On Employee Profile” setting when adding/editing a Custom Field:
        • If enabled, the Custom Field must be added to the Profile Designer or new employees cannot be added.
      • Added a tool-tip disclaimer for the Default Time Code field in the Reporting Hours settings:
        • Changes to the Default Time Code cannot be backdated. If updated, the new Default Time Code will only apply to punches generated after the creation of the rule.

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed a Breaks issue when adding/editing a Time of Day Break where the “Automatically Complete (To Break Duration)” and “Automatically Deduct” options overlapped when using a 15-inch display.
      • Fixed an Auto Clock-Out issue where punches were duplicated for employees with overlapping scheduled shifts.

       

      Scheduling

      🚀  Improvements 

      • When archiving shifts in the Scheduler, the total number of shifts is now displayed and archived upon confirmation.
      • When archiving time off in the Scheduler, the total number of shifts is now displayed and archived upon confirmation.
      • The name of the Holiday is now displayed within the Time Off Details in the Scheduler.
      • Increased the “Notes” character limit in the Scheduler from 1000 to 2500 characters.
      • Fixed a Shift Planner issue where after adding an open shift with a “Worker’s need” above 2 and using the Publish option, the shift block on the Shift Planner incorrectly displayed 2 employees had taken the shift.

      🔥  Hotfixes

      • Increased the maximum number of open shifts displayed from 50 to 100 in the My Portal Schedules weekly and bi-weekly views.

       

      Time Off

      🚀  Improvements 

      • When adding a time off request, a zero is automatically entered to complete inputs with decimals.
      • When viewing time off requests in My Time Off, the name of the manager or System User is now displayed in the “Submitted By” column.
      • When viewing the Time Off Request Details in My Time Off, the name of the manager or System User is displayed under the “Requested by” field.
      • Managers are now restricted to see only the Upcoming Time Off entries of employees within the Security Groups “Groups” scope.
      • Managers can now add time off entries for employees on blackout dates from the Time Off Requests feature.

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed a Time Off Requests issue where the Employee Comments notes were also displayed in the Reviewer’s Comments section of the Time Off Request Details.
      • Fixed an Employee List Profile issue when attempting to view upcoming time off where an error occurred if a “Pooled” time off request was submitted through the Employee Profile.
      • Fixed a Holidays issue when transferring an employee from one Group to another where the Holidays of the new Group were not assigned to the employee(s).

       

      Employee Management

      • Added drop-down options to the “Country” and “State” fields in the Address form when adding/editing an employee.
      • When adding a new employee, renamed “Locale” to “Language & Region” in the Employee Portal Access section.
      • The Fingerprint ellipsis options in the Credentials tab of the Employee List Profile are now displayed on top of the left and right hands when zoomed in.
      • Added a tool-tip disclaimer for the Usual Work Days field when adding/editing an employee:
        • Approved time-off requests will only deduct days from the employee’s balance if they fall within the Usual Work Days.

       

      Platform 

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Managers can now be notified of Questionnaire responses submitted through the web app, mobile app, and Kiosk.
        • Updated the following Advanced Filter(s) text labels globally:
          • Status > Employee Status
          • Employee Status > Archive Status

      🔁  Updates

      • The “Sign In” and “Reset Password” screens in the web app have been rebranded.
        • Updated colors

      • Rebranded the Terms of Service modal

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed an issue where the mobile app crashed while running in the background on Android devices.
      • Fixed a System Users issue where, after using the “Export Users” ellipsis option, the Security Group status displayed an incorrect status in the Details panel and in the exported file.
        • The System Users export file is now generated as a CSV.
      • Fixed the Location Groups filter in the Exceptions feature.
      • Fixed a Reporting Hours Rule issue where Geofences could not be removed.
        • Geofences can no longer be archived if they are actively assigned to a Reporting Hours rule.
      • Fixed an Employee Portal Users issue where attempting to view the Employee Portal Users list resulted in an error if the Account Holder (admin) email was linked to an Employee Portal User.

       

      Time Clocks & Kiosk

      ⭐ New Features

      • The Selfie Enrollment feature now supports Spanish.
      • WorkEasy Software now supports Spanish from Spain.

      🚀  Improvements 

      • The Kiosks feature now displays the total number of listed Kiosks.

      🔁  Updates

      • Changed the default Host URL in the Time Clock Settings to https://prod-api.workeasysoftware.com

       

      Reports/Exports

      ⭐ New Features

      • Added Run Powered by ADP to the Integrations options in the Global Settings.
        • The WorkEasy connector for ADP Run is now available in the ADP Marketplace.

      🚀  Improvements 

      • The Timesheet Manual Entries Report now displays the employee Location and Department in the header (if applicable).
      • When running reports with the “Use Pay Period” filter, archived pay periods are now displayed.
      • Added the ability to remove the selection from the “Where it falls time log behavior” setting when adding/editing a Time & Attendance report.
      • The Types Detailed report now includes the default “Holiday” Time Off Type.
      • Renamed the “Employees” column to “Schedules” in the Monthly Summary Schedules report.
      • Improved the user experience of the Export History feature.
        • Added an Export Data Provider filter
        • Added an Export Name column
        • Added a Delivery Method column that displays all Delivery Methods.
        • Added a Sent column that displays the date/time the export was delivered.
      • Renamed the Global Settings Export Options:
        • Changed “Delivery” to “Delivery Method”
        • Changed “Recurrence” to “Scheduled Exports”

      🔥  Hotfixes

      • Fixed a Timesheet Detailed report issue where the Clock Out time displayed was incorrect if the time was converted to Compensatory Time.

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed a Fingerprint Quality Score report issue when running the report with the “Use Employee Full Name” option enabled where the employee name was not displayed.
      • Fixed a Reports issue where the default WorkEasy Software logo was cut off when printed.
      • Fixed a Time Off Request History report issue where the “Status” column displayed the name of the employee instead of the Manager who approved the request.

       

      Integrations

      ⭐ New Features

      • Added Run Powered by ADP to the Integrations options in the Global Settings.
        • The WorkEasy connector for ADP Run is now available in the ADP Marketplace.
      • The following “Job Information” field Effective Dates in BambooHR are now synced with WorkEasy Software:
        • Location

        • Department

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Improved the UI of the Quickbooks Online integration configuration pages.
      • The “Select All” button now selects all employees listed in the Pay Period Overview when sending employee timesheet data to Quickbooks Online.

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed an ADP Workforce Now integration configuration issue where an error occurred when mapping employees if an archived Group was not mapped.

       

      Job Costing

      🚀  Improvements 

      • When running Job Costing reports, the Job Costing filters now display archived Jobs, Projects, Clients, and Tasks.
      • When viewing the list of Jobs, Projects, Clients, or Tasks in the Global Settings, the “Employee Status” filter has been renamed:
        • Job Status
        • Project Status
        • Client Status
        • Task Status

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed a Job Costing issue where, after adding Tags to a Projects or Jobs, the Tags were not displayed when editing the Projects or Jobs.

       

      Dashboard (Widgets)

      🚀  Improvements 

      • Improved the user experience of the Time Off Requests manager widget.
        • Time off requests can now be cancelled directly from the widget.
        • Added a chevron where managers can jump to the Time Off Requests feature.
        • Added “Cash Out” and “Pooled” Time Off Type descriptors.
        • A modal is now displayed when the time off request overlaps existing scheduled shifts.
        • Improved UI and date formatting.

      🔧  Fixes

      • Fixed a Total Scheduled Hours widget issue where an operation error occurred when attempting to change the name of the widget on the Dashboard.
