My Portal
🚀 Improvements
- Improved the spacing of the columns displayed in the My Portal Time Off feature.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a My Portal Time Off issue when adding a time off request where the request could not be submitted if the “Full Day” or “Half Day” duration option was selected before switching to the “Hours” option.
Time & Attendance
⭐ New Features
- Added the “Approaching overtime daily” Time and Attendance Manager alert.
🚀 Improvements
- Added a tool-tip disclaimer for the “Required On Employee Profile” setting when adding/editing a Custom Field:
- If enabled, the Custom Field must be added to the Profile Designer or new employees cannot be added.
- Added a tool-tip disclaimer for the Default Time Code field in the Reporting Hours settings:
- Changes to the Default Time Code cannot be backdated. If updated, the new Default Time Code will only apply to punches generated after the creation of the rule.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Breaks issue when adding/editing a Time of Day Break where the “Automatically Complete (To Break Duration)” and “Automatically Deduct” options overlapped when using a 15-inch display.
- Fixed an Auto Clock-Out issue where punches were duplicated for employees with overlapping scheduled shifts.
Scheduling
🚀 Improvements
- When archiving shifts in the Scheduler, the total number of shifts is now displayed and archived upon confirmation.
- When archiving time off in the Scheduler, the total number of shifts is now displayed and archived upon confirmation.
- The name of the Holiday is now displayed within the Time Off Details in the Scheduler.
- Increased the “Notes” character limit in the Scheduler from 1000 to 2500 characters.
- Fixed a Shift Planner issue where after adding an open shift with a “Worker’s need” above 2 and using the Publish option, the shift block on the Shift Planner incorrectly displayed 2 employees had taken the shift.
🔥 Hotfixes
- Increased the maximum number of open shifts displayed from 50 to 100 in the My Portal Schedules weekly and bi-weekly views.
Time Off
🚀 Improvements
- When adding a time off request, a zero is automatically entered to complete inputs with decimals.
- When viewing time off requests in My Time Off, the name of the manager or System User is now displayed in the “Submitted By” column.
- When viewing the Time Off Request Details in My Time Off, the name of the manager or System User is displayed under the “Requested by” field.
- Managers are now restricted to see only the Upcoming Time Off entries of employees within the Security Groups “Groups” scope.
- Managers can now add time off entries for employees on blackout dates from the Time Off Requests feature.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Time Off Requests issue where the Employee Comments notes were also displayed in the Reviewer’s Comments section of the Time Off Request Details.
- Fixed an Employee List Profile issue when attempting to view upcoming time off where an error occurred if a “Pooled” time off request was submitted through the Employee Profile.
- Fixed a Holidays issue when transferring an employee from one Group to another where the Holidays of the new Group were not assigned to the employee(s).

- Added a tool-tip disclaimer for the Usual Work Days field when adding/editing an employee:
- Approved time-off requests will only deduct days from the employee’s balance if they fall within the Usual Work Days.

🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the mobile app crashed while running in the background on Android devices.
- Fixed a System Users issue where, after using the “Export Users” ellipsis option, the Security Group status displayed an incorrect status in the Details panel and in the exported file.
- The System Users export file is now generated as a CSV.
- Fixed the Location Groups filter in the Exceptions feature.
- Fixed a Reporting Hours Rule issue where Geofences could not be removed.
- Geofences can no longer be archived if they are actively assigned to a Reporting Hours rule.
- Fixed an Employee Portal Users issue where attempting to view the Employee Portal Users list resulted in an error if the Account Holder (admin) email was linked to an Employee Portal User.

Job Costing

- When running Job Costing reports, the Job Costing filters now display archived Jobs, Projects, Clients, and Tasks.
