Time & Attendance

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Rounding issue where the numbers 6 through 9 could not be entered into the “Clocking in early (minutes)” and “Clocking Out early (minutes)" fields. 
  • Fixed an issue when adding a “Time of Day” Overtime rule where rules could not be set to start after the selected time.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue where a Break name would display without being selected.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheet issue when adding a note where typing text into the “Comments” box would force the display down the page.
  • Fixed a Shift Differential issue where Weekly Shift Differential rules were not working as intended.
  • Fixed a Time and Attendance Alerts issue where the "Upcoming Worked Hours Break" Alert for Admin/Manager displayed the wrong text on the Mobile App.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the Who’s In Summary to the Mobile App.
  • Employee Timesheets on the web app and mobile app now display “No Break” when an employee does not take a break.
  • When adding a Reporting Hours Rule, the “Clock In/Out type” field now displays the following message when the Questionnaire Employee Reporting Method is enabled: “While using Questionnaire, choose User Selection”.

 

Scheduling

⭐ New Features

  • Added the “Bulk Edit” feature to the Scheduler.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Scheduler issue where after dragging a saved shift into the Open Shift section, an error message stated: “Cannot drop, this shift belongs to a staff" and the Shift Planner and Scheduler could not be accessed.
  • Fixed a Schedule Options issue where the default values could not be saved.
  • Fixed a Team Staffing issue when adding “Team definitions” where the Required field displayed an error message incorrectly.

🚀  Improvements 

  • New EasyWorkforce accounts can now publish up to 3000 Shifts at a time.
    • Existing customers must contact support to have this enabled.

 

Time Off

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Time Taken & Balances issue where accruals in the Detailed list were duplicated if an employee reported hours from multiple locations with different time zones.
  • Fixed a Holidays issue when editing a Holidays rule and adding a new name to the rule, the rule could not be saved.
  • Fixed a Time Off Requests issue where the “Available Balance” was displayed in decimal format when “Use Decimal Calculations” was not enabled.

🚀  Improvements 

  • The “Rejected” status has been changed to “Denied” in the following:
  • The My Time Off Request(s) list
  • The My Time Off Request(s) filters
  • The Review Requests list
  • The Review Requests filters

 

 Human Resources

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Document Explorer issue where saved e-sign Templates did appear listed until the page was refreshed.
  • Fixed a Document Explorer issue when uploading a file to the “Company Documents" folder, after saving the file, the pop-up box could not be closed.
  • Fixed a Document Request notification issue where an e-sign PDF could not be saved from the Mobile app.

 

Platform 

  • Added the Feature Tours & Onboarding Checklist sections to the 
    Resource Center.   
    • The Feature Tours include the following guided walkthroughs:
      • Welcome Tour
      • Pay Period Overview
      • Scheduler Tour
    • The Onboarding Checklist includes the following guided walkthroughs:
      • Add an Employee
      • Add an Employee Portal User
      • Add Time to a Timesheet
      • Add a Shift to the Scheduler
      • Run a Timesheet Detailed Report 
      • Add the Employee Status Widget

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved spelling and grammar across the platform.
  • When adding Multiple Choice or Checkbox Questions to a Questionnaire, the delete icon now displays in red.
  • Added the “Select All” checkbox and counter to the Choose Questions options when adding questions to a Questionnaire.

 

Employee Management

🚀  Improvements 

  • The assigned Location is now effective dated in the Company Structure options in the Employment Section of the Employee Profile in the web app and mobile app.

 

Reports/Exports

🚀  Improvements 

  • Reports now contain a footer section that shows the following information:
    • Left: Name of the preferred name of the person who created the report, followed by the Date/Time and Time Zone
    • Right: Page number of the total number of pages
  • Reports are now deleted instead of archived.
  • The following Time & Attendance Report Types now support the "No Break" Time Code:
    • Exceptions
    • Breaks Detailed
    • Job Timesheet Daily Summary
    • Job Timesheet Summary
    • Location Timesheet Summary
    • Shift
    • Timesheet Daily Summary
    • Timesheet Detailed

  • Added the “Show employees with no hours” option to the Job Tracking Time Activity Summary export Data Provider.

 

Time Clocks & Kiosk

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Kiosk issue where upon reaching the “Are you ready to submit your answer?” screen, the “No, not yet” button was in all caps.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added an icon indicator to applicable Questionnaire questions to inform employees of more available answers.
  • Improved the colors displayed in the date and time controls of Questionnaire questions.

 

Job Costing

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Time & Attendance reports issue where the Job Filter was accessible to accounts without the Job Costing module.
  • Fixed an issue where Default Jobs assigned through Reporting Hours or Kiosk Settings rules did not appear on the Timesheet.

🚀  Improvements 

  • The Following Scheduling reports now show the Job Costing details when “Show job details” is selected:
    • Daily by Employee
    • 2 Weeks by Criteria
    • 2 Weeks by Employee
  • The “Shift Cancelled” notification now contains the related Job Details for the email, web app, and mobile notifications.
  • The “Update to your shift” notification now contains the related Job Details for the email, web app, and mobile notifications.
  • Added the Job Filter to the Advanced Filter(s) of the following:
    • Scheduler
    • Shift Planner
    • Schedules reports
  • When clocking in/out with the mobile app, the Job Costing selection screen timeout window has been increased to 5 minutes.
