⭐ New Features

  • Breaks can now be automatically taken by employees without having to select the specific break on the Kiosk.

 

 

Time & Attendance

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the “Allow employees to punch when they do not have a scheduled shift” setting to the Punch Restriction rule options in the Global Settings.
  • The comment icon no longer overlaps the camera icon on My Timesheets and the Employee Timesheets when an employee clocks out with a photo on the mobile app.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Who's In issue where the “Scheduled” status was displayed for “No Show” employees.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue when editing a Punch Type where the “In (Start Shift)” option could not be applied.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where time off could not be added for accounts without the EasyTimeOff product license.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue when adding time off where an insufficient balance error would occur for Time Off Types with the “Balance is not tracked” Balance Type.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where Comp Time could not be applied.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where, after approving out of shift work, the changes were not displayed until the timesheet was saved and refreshed.
  • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue where, after using the Override Break function, the changes were not displayed until the timesheet was saved and refreshed.

 

 

Scheduling

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the “Day(s) of the week” Advanced Filter when bulk archiving shifts in the Scheduler.
  • Shifts created by the Auto-Scheduler now display the name of the user who configured the feature.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a General Settings issue in the Global Settings where, after updating the “Start Week On” setting and adding a shift to the Scheduler, Weekly Patterns and Shift Copies could not be added.
  • Fixed a Scheduler issue where the overnight icon overlapped the acknowledged icon on the shift block.

 

 

Human Resources

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Work Hours Definition issue where the default rule did not have a rule name in newly created accounts.

 

 

Time Off

🚀  Improvements 

  • Employee shifts can now be managed from the Time Off Request Details window when reviewing a Time Off Requests as a manager.

🔄 Updates 

  • Time Off Policy descriptions now only support up to 500 characters.

🔥  Hotfixes

  • When a cash out request is made for a Time Off Type with a "Balance is not tracked“ Balance Type, the cash out request is now always allowed (even if the balance, if any, would go negative).
  • Fixed a Time Off Request issue when adding a new request with the “Hours” Duration where minutes could not be entered or selected.
  • Fixed a Time Off Requests issue where the Time Off Request History of previous years was not available in the Time Off History Tab.

 

 

Integrations

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the “Job Title” and “Pay Groups” Data Mapping options to the Bamboo HR Configuration Wizard.
    • Job Titles and Pay Groups can now be mapped and synced.

 

 

Employee Management

🚀  Improvements 

  • When adding an employee to the Employee List, the “Invalid birth date” validation is now displayed when the input Date of Birth is less than 16 years.

 

 

Platform 

🚀  Improvements 

  • The “Import Punches” import configuration now contains a sample file.
  • Improved spelling and grammar across the platform.

 

 

Reports/Exports

⭐ New Features

  • Added the “Time Off Policy Assignment History” Report Type to the Time Off reports.

  • Added the following Export Field Columns to the Time Activity Summary (Per Pay Period) Export Data Provider:
    • Payable Code
    • Payable Name
    • Payable Unit

 

 

Time Clocks & Kiosk

🚀  Improvements 

  • When clocking in/out with the Kiosk, employees with the same Clocking PIN number are now listed alphabetically.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Security Groups issue where the "Manage Time Clocks" privilege did not allow managers to view the listed Time Clocks.

 

 

Job Costing

🚀  Improvements 

  • “Auto clock In/Out” punches on the Employee Timesheets can now inherit the Job Costing selections from scheduled shifts.
  • Added the following Export Field Columns to the Job Tracking Time Activity Summary (Per Pay Period) Export Data Provider:
    • Payable Code
    • Payable Name
    • Payable Unit

  • Fixed a Job Costing selector issue where no more than 50 Projects could be displayed in the list.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an Employee Timesheets issue when adding time where the Job Costing selector displayed an incomplete list of Tasks.
