- Fixed a My Schedules issue in the mobile app when viewing shifts in the Co-Workers tab where employee names were not displayed on time off entries.

- Fixed an Upcoming Worked Hours Break Alert issue where the Employee Details were not displayed in the emailed alert.
Scheduling
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Scheduler issue when using the “Notify employee shift update” option where edited shifts could not be acknowledged by employees.
- Fixed a Scheduler issue where attempting to use the “Undo Auto Schedule” ellipsis option resulted in an error.
- Fixed a Scheduler issue where the "Hours Planned" daily total at the bottom of the scheduler displayed incorrect values for the following lengths of time:
- 8 hours and 10 minutes
- 8 hours and 12 minutes
- 8 hours and 14 minutes
- 8 hours and 25 minutes
- 8 hours and 40 minutes
- 9 hours and 10 minutes
- 9 hours and 12 minutes
- 9 hours and 14 minutes
- Fixed a Weekly Patterns issue where, after editing the start and/or end time of a shift in a Weekly Pattern, shifts were added to the scheduler after the “Pattern ends on” date.

🚀 Improvements
- Documents shared with a single employee can now be edited in the Employee List Profile.
- Added the “Group” field to the Profile Designer summary section.
- Added the FT/PT Status field to the summary section in the Profile Designer.
🔥 Hotfixes
- Fixed a Document Explorer issue where e-sign templates could not be uploaded.
Time Off
🚀 Improvements
- Added the “Allow Time Off Requests on Holidays” setting to the Time Off Advanced Settings.
- This setting is disabled by default
🔁 Updates
- The Settings option has been removed from the Time Off Left Nav in the mobile app.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Time Off Policies issue when adding a new policy with a monthly accrual frequency where entering a number greater than 999 resulted in an error.
- Fixed a Time Off Policies issue when adding/editing a Time Off Policy where the “Accrual rule preview” could not be viewed.
- Fixed a Time Off Requests issue where Employee Comments were not displayed in the Time Off Request Details of requests in the “Requests” and “Time Off History” tabs.

- Fixed a Time Off issue in the Employee List Profile where the Time Off History tab did not display cancelled time off requests.

- Added the “Export Users” button to the System Users ellipsis options.
- The following details can now be exported to a CSV file for all System Users in the account:

- Improved the “User Registration” email subject line.
- [Company Name] has invited you to use WorkEasy Software!
- The User Registration email now contains links to the app stores.

- The User Company Association email now contains links to the app stores.
- When creating a new password for the web app, the password requirements are now listed in red when the text is copy and pasted.
- When editing Security Groups with Groups assigned, a Location is now required to be selected before saving.

- Fixed an issue where User Registration emails were sent in Spanish when the Language setting was set to English.

- Fixed a Kiosks issue where employees with time zones outside of the Kiosk Location time zone could not clock in/out.

- Added the “Break Waiver/Attestation Detailed Responses” Report Type to the Time & Attendance Reports.
- Added the “Summary Break Waiver/Attestation Responses” Report Type to the Time & Attendance Reports.

- Fixed a Timesheet Approval – Initiated by Manager Workflow issue where Employee Timesheets could be approved without manager approval.
- Fixed a Timesheet and Timesheet Detailed report issue where the "Day Total Hrs Paid" column did not display the total hours per day.
- Fixed a Timesheet Detailed report issue where recovered frozen punches were not displayed on the report.
