My Portal

🚀  Improvements 

  • The My Portal Schedules feature now displays the Shift Details of the shift assigned to the employee for accounts with the EasyClocking basic license. 
  • The note for a shift within the Shift Details now expands to show notes that exceed a single line of text. 

Time & Attendance

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Breaks issue where the "Enforce minimum break duration" setting would not allow a duration less than the total break duration. 
  • Fixed a Timesheets issue where scrolling back before midnight would cause an error in the timesheet when adding/editing times. 

🚀  Improvements 

  • The "Preferences" and "Advanced Filter(s)" in the Pay Period Overview now persist between user sessions.

Scheduling

🚀  Improvements 

  • Open shifts now appear in the 14-day view of the Scheduler.   
  • The information bar at the bottom of the Scheduler now displays the "Planned Hours" for each day in the 7-day and 14-day views. 
  • When the default Recommendation Engine is applied to a Schedule Plan, it is now displayed in the Schedule Plan's Details in the Employee Schedules Global Settings. 


Time Off

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Who's In issue where approved time off was not displayed. 

 Human Resources

🚀  Improvements 

  • For linked users, the System User email can now be different from the Employee Portal User email. 
  • Improved the warning icon alignment in the Employee Portal Users list.

Platform 

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue where if a user logged out while in the Review Section, they could not log back in. 
  • Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue where the Review section displayed Worked Hours Breaks as Automatic Breaks.

Employee Management

⭐ New Features

  • Added the "Modified By" feature to Employee Profiles within the Employee List that displays the user who last made changes and the date and time the changes were made within the "Personal" and "Employment" tabs.

  • Group Assignments now show the date of assignment.

Reports/Exports

  • The Payables report column has been added to the following reports: 
    • Timesheet Detailed
    • Timesheet Daily Summary
    • Weekly Timesheet Summary

  • Added the ability to run exports through the EasyWorkforce API.
  • Added the "Show daily planned hour totals" setting when adding a "2 Weeks By Criteria" or a "Weekly By Criteria" schedule report.
  • Added the "Show only unacknowledged shifts" setting when adding a "2 Weeks By Criteria" or a "Weekly By Criteria" schedule report.
  • Exports now support the JSON format. 
  • Improved the UI options when adding/editing custom Schedule Reports.

Time Clocks & Kiosk

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Kiosk issue where the confirmation screen would not appear when the Employee Verification setting was set to Employee ID. 

🚀  Improvements 

  • Xenio time clock devices now display the Ethernet icon when connected via Ethernet cable. (Available on app version 1.0.52 and above)

Job Costing

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the display of Job Costing names that exceed the width of the Global Settings UI. 

Dashboard (Widgets)

🚀  Improvements 

  • Icons in the Employee Status widget now display a description when hovered in the web app.
