My Portal

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a My Portal Clock In/Out issue where employees with punches assigned to the next pay period could not clock out.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a My Portal Clock In/Out issue where, after submitting a Questionnaire on the IN punch and clocking out for the day, the “Lunch Started” status would be displayed upon clocking in the next day.

 

 

Time & Attendance

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Holidays were not displayed on the Employee Timesheets for newly added employees with a hire date after the start of the current pay period.
  • Fixed a Breaks issue when viewing a Breaks rule in the Global Settings where the Break Penalty portion of the rule was not displayed until it was applied to the Employee Timesheets.

 

 

Scheduling

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Scheduler issue when filtering by Employee Groups where the Copy function applied shifts to employees outside of the selected Group(s).
  • Fixed a Scheduler issue on the mobile app where shifts could not be published.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an issue when acknowledging shifts through the email notification where the individual shifts were listed horizontally.

 

 

Human Resources

🚀  Improvements 

  • Shared files added to Employee List Profiles can now be deleted.
  • Shared Company Documents in the Documents Explorer now display a “shared” indicator 

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Document Requests issue when attempting to view a template-based document request through the Actions Required notification where an error would occur.

 

 

Employee Management

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an Employee Groups issue where attempting to assign employees to sub-groups resulted in an error.

 

 

Platform 

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the ellipsis options and filter labels in the Billing & Subscriptions “Credit cards” section.
    • Improved the ellipsis option mouseover descriptions.
    • Improved the “Cancel Card” icon.
    • Replaced the term “Archived” with “Cancelled”.
  • Expired credit cards can now be cancelled.
  • When configuring Questionnaire questions, the “Add Action” button is now blue.

🔁 Updates

  • The "Password Policies" option is no longer available in System Security Left Nav section on the Mobile App.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an Exceptions issue where the following Advanced Filter(s) did not filter correctly:
    • Arrived Early
    • Arrived Late
    • Left Early
    • Left Late
    • No Show
    • Filtering by Employee Name
  • Fixed an Exceptions issue when viewing the PDF report of the “No Show” Exception in a custom date range where the data did not match the Employee Timesheets for employees that have been assigned to multiple Pay Period Configurations.
  • Fixed a Left Nav issue when using the Firefox internet browser where the submenus were partially hidden.
  • Fixed an Initial Setup Wizard issue where the Company Logo could not be changed.

 

Time Clocks & Kiosk

🚀  Improvements 

  • Increased the text size and spacing of the clock in/out selection buttons on the Xenio 50, 200, and 500 devices.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a GroupClock issue where submitted comments were not displayed on the Employee Timesheets.
  • Fixed a Xenio F1000 device issue where the exclamation point displayed next to employee names was partially covered.

 

 

Reports/Exports

⭐ New Features

  • Added the “Timesheet Shift Detailed” Export Data Provider.

🚀  Improvements 

  • The Time Off Request Details Report no longer displays Holidays.
  • Improved the UI of the “Send” column results in the Schedule Report History feature:
    • Improved date formatting
    • The time is now displayed
  • When adding/editing an Employee List report, the duplicated “Date of Birth” report column has been renamed to “Birthday”.
  • When adding/editing an Employee List report, the duplicated “Date of Birth” report column has been renamed to “Birthday”.
  • Added the Do not include shift “End Time” option when adding/editing the Weekly By Criteria Open Shifts report.

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Report History display issue in the Global Settings when scrolling down to view the history.
  • Fixed an Employee List report issue when using the “Group by” function to filter by “Gender” or “Status” where the name of the grouped section was incorrect on the report.


 

Job Costing

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the Job Costing Filter options when adding/editing the following Report Types:
    • Timesheet Detailed
    • Timesheet Summary
  • Added the following columns to the Timesheet detailed (Per Pay Period) Data Provider:
    • Job Code
    • Project Code
    • Client Code
    • Task Code
  • Renamed the following columns in the Timesheet detailed (Per Pay Period) Data Provider:
    • Job > Job Name
    • Project > Project Name
    • Client > Client Name
    • Task > Task Name

🔥  Hotfixes

  • Fixed a Job Costing issue in the Global Settings where a network error would occur when attempting to view projects.

 

 

Dashboard (Widgets)

  • Added the “Time Duration” and “Time Window” options to the Next Shifts widget in the mobile app.
